I know bu I figure if we ever have a Six Man Tag with Sumers and Copeland involved you'd want to save that name for the team finisher James

I thought Rollins Frog Splash was awkward as heck, like he had no control of his limbs.. I hate Frog Splashes that go for hang time, its why Eddie's was so perfect. It was quick and landed clean. James

They made a figure for "Macho Warrior" Ric Hogan? James -
I remember when Austin came back from neck fusion and he did the 3 Stages of Hell with Trips and people on the board were amazed. "No one who has had that kind of surgery like that should be taking suplexes/bumps like that!" was the common consensus. It definitely cut his career short by at least 5 years wrestling that way. "One-Hit Wonder" Actors/Actors who never made it

Its amazing how Dean Winters makes the perfect TV cop but never gets to be the lead in a cop show James -
Rob Lowe's got a new series (on Fox...I think?) where he plays a TV lawyer who goes into law when he moves back home called 'The Grinder' Dammit caley, why must you dash my hopes for a Seaborn Presidency? If it ever happened I'd be so looking forward to just small cameos from the original cast (I really would expect Josh to be one of those guys that has retired but is still in the game in his own way... no clue for anyone else... well maybe Dule Hill can be regular cast as Sam's Legal Counsel). I just want Barlett's prediction for Sam to come true so we can all watch it James James

DEATH VALLEY DRIVERETTE 0813/2015! IF U DNT LK HNMA, GO FCK YRSLF.
J.H. replied to DEAN's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
Honma/Ishii was 2 guys just trying to crush one another and it is beautiful. I don't think Honma has gotten a reaction like that since he sliced himself up in Big Japan for our general entertainment. Honma is just the guy who isn't afraid to headbutt another guy just to make us like him. God bless him a million times over for that! James -
I liked this week's episode. Bayley/Lynch was solid. Setting up Samoa Joe/Corbin was good and lots of hype for Liger. Still wish they could've found a way to put together a video package to hype Liger more because, well I want to hear "Honoo No Liger" or "Ikari No Jyushin" pretty frickin bad on WWE programming (I ralize I'm getting the Orient Express theme at Takeover, but a boy can dream). Overall a solid show. James

The Marvel Things That Aren't "Marvel" Things
J.H. replied to RIPPA's topic in "COMIC BOOK" MOVIES & TV
The obvious thing to do if Marvel gets he rights is have the FF origin take place in the early 60s and have them being FANTASTIC through the 80s when they go "missing" and then the end of the Infinity Cinematic Cycle brings them back into the mainstream for Marvel Stage 6 (or whatever). I remember this conversation (or something similar) on Jay Mohr's podcast. He specifically mentioned Tracy Morgan and how as comedic actor he can be grating but apparently the few times Morgan has done drama he was captivating. James

If only Morishima hadn't retired! He and... I dunno Fujiwara could team wit hHayes as som bizarre Japanese Freedbird tribute band. They could even re-enact the Badtreet music video! James

J.H. replied to RIPPA's topic in "COMIC BOOK" MOVIES & TV
at this point I say forget doing FF as a movie. Fox needs to relinquish the license and let Disney/Marvel do a direct to Netflix long form FF TV show. It would be expensive as fuck BUT I bet it would be amazing! James- 2,183 replies

In the evening, after I get offline, The Wife peruses Netflix and Hulu for shows we can watch together. I have little say as to what gets watched. Luckily she has been on an X-Files binge and that has been case "Wow, I forgot [insert actor I like here] was on X-Files (prime example last night was Ryan Reynolds). Then there are those shows that I never had any intention of watching but I watch with her because I love her or something. One such show is Hindsight, a little drama VH-1 put out about a woman in her 40s traveling back in time in to her the body of hr 20 something self. Needless to say, her life in her 40s isn't ideal so she goes around trying to change things and everything slowly starts blowing up in her face as the Universe keeps trying to set it self right despite her mucking about. I ended up watching all of this show with The Wife and... it turns out it isn't half bad for a chick-centric time travel show. If you can get through the first few episodes it certainly picks up as certain things start falling into place. Give it shot and determine if marriage has made me soft and woman like. James

1/2 way through Deadhouse Gates I think my only gripe is that Kalam should have seen he was being set-up after being handed the book. Otherwise I am so thoroughly engrossed in the events around the Whirlwind James
