  1. How does he play that character? How is it reinforced in promos and on commentary?Well, he looks grizzled. And last night during his promo he talked about being a survivor of the Attitude era and the McMahon/ Helmsley regime. And the commentators always talk about him being a vet.
  2. Well that's not totally strange. Bobby once had Hanson sit in on a set. Lol
  3. Remember when kids could be shy and withdrawn, or hyper and sociable without it being a fucking disorder? I'm gonna go shout at a cloud .
  4. That's awesome. My three year old nephew loves Rey and I had to explain to him that Rey has an owwie and that's why he's not on "bump", (that's what he calls wrestling.)
  5. Ah, I'd guess that most fans of the show aren't loving it in the same way people here are. Again, I think the fact that the faces reacted the way they did, and that AJ shoehorned on the "came from a wresting family" comment, it's the start of an AJ/ Nattie angle.
  6. Edit: dopey fat fingers and I phone
  7. It gave the fans who shit on the reality show something to cheer and fans of the reality show something to boo. Especially since the faces were reacting somewhat calmly and the heels were being annoying as fuck.
  8. Seriously, the whole "they're gonna bury Bryan" stuff is just silly. Do ya really think they don't hear the crowds?
  9. Don't they work with a five second delay? Maybe it looked bad on initial feed. That must be why they didn't show Punk's elbow drop.
  10. I don't think there was an official stipulation. It's just that they all fear how HHH will make their lives a living hell if they do anything. It just takes one man to lead the charge. It could be John Cena returning just long enough to call out the locker room before taking a beating. It could be Bret Hart showing up in Toronto and cutting a promo about how HHH and the McMahons are a bunch of rats and people should stand up to him, leading to the Shield menacing him and Natalya dragging Khali out there to start the ball rolling. It could be giving Regal one last month-long run where he defends Daniel Bryan and wins an improbable match at Night of Champions vs Dean Ambrose before losing a Raw rematch and getting slaughtered so brutally that it spurs the troops to action.I was thinking an Austin appearance to rally the troops.
  11. He's the guy who does everything the company asks as far as personal appearances and all that. And he's a really good guy, listen to him on Cabana's show.. he really comes off as a great guy. That being said he needs to be a heel.
  12. I kinda like that these "adorable bears" deal is just a play on "Does a bear shit in the woods?"
  13. Yeah, RVD has never had a loudmouth be his intro guy before....oh wait. :pBesides, it's not gonna last.
  14. Ah, ok. But Bret's story was all three fired the next day. But that's how rasslin stories go.
  15. That Freebirds / Andre story doesn't jibe. Gordy and Roberts left and Hayes stuck around as a solo for a month or so. I remember hearing that Buddy was wasted and fell asleep in a meeting, got canned, and Gordy left.
  16. If I had my way he would have been, but this isn't Atlantic City.
  17. Fuck you to the customer at the club I work at,( yes. the strip club), who walked up to the stage while one of the dancers who is black was up there and said " Hey look at the n----r." We kicked his ass out, but she's really upset. These girls have to put up with all kinds of bullshit coming out of the mouths of the fucknuts that are our clientele but that's too fucking much. Who fucking does that?
  18. In 89 when we heard Keaton was gonna be Batman everyone thought it was ridiculous and he ended up being great. So I'd wait and see with Affleck. Oh and Chasing Amy and Dogma fucking rule.
  19. I listened to the Billy West Talkin' Toons the other day, and Paulson's "Don Nazi" character had me laughing my ass off.
  20. That shower segment was the possibly the most ridiculous re-enactment of the movie "Shane" ever filmed. This includes Bill Hicks.Mind you, that's not an insult. That's exactly what I was thinking.
