Plus, I think they have already had more successful title defences than any other NXT UK tag team champions so far. I guess they should go through Symbiosis and Mastiff&Starz and then they have pretty much ran the gauntlet.

Got a quick bench and lat workout in last night. Bench went something like this: 5x198, 5x242, 3x264, 1x275, 3×281, 3×264, 8×242, 15x198, 30x132. The lat stuff was mostly warm-up, except for 2 heavy sets on the horizontal lat pull (I don't know what is officially called?) with 6x220 and 5x242. Our lat pulldown machine is not super sturdy, even though it is bolted into the wall and to the floor, but even more I was concerned whether the cable was going to hold up, so the sets were maybe a rep or two shorter than I could have mustered. Not a very good week, but at least I should be able to recover from this pretty easily.

Do the lyrics on the new theme really talk about "getting rid of all the haters?" Are they talking about the remaining audience? Also, somebody already called Cal Bloom a blond Khali, but this really makes me wonder. We know what Wayne Bloom looks like and you can see the resemblance somewhat, but does Minnesota have any sort of history with Big Foot sightings? Is Wayne Bloom unwittingly married to a Big Foot decendant, and maybe the physical traits skipped the previous generation?

Let's just say it would make a BETTER WWE tag title than what they have now, and leave it at that.

It looks like Sarray's dropkick made her nose smaller, not wider (like Rollins' knee did to Cena years back). I guess it's the angle of impact, or something? Also, if you can look like Mandy Rose, always look like Mandy Rose. If you can't look like Mandy Rose, looking like Megan Fox seems like decent back-up plan.

If there's a tag team that I wouldn't have figured has a chance to exist in the future (when watching back in early 1993), the offsprings of a Steiner Brother and a Beverly Brother possibly teaming together would have been up there! Now there is a more than a 0% chance of it happening at some point. Damn it, I want that to happen now! I had no idea they had Wayne Bloom's kid! It would have been hilarious if they ended up calling him a Beverly while Steiner is whatever the F it was.

While I would have still gone with Bronson as his first name, Rex Steiner is about as good as anyone could ever hope for a WWE wrestling name... so of course that's not what he is called?!? What in the actual frig?

Only one workout this week so far. Started the dips and reverse shrugs with 95 lbs and pull ups with 62 lbs did 3 rounds of dips and shrugs with that and 4 rounds of pull ups, then started dropping the weight by 11 lbs per round (or only 5,5 lbs there during one round) until I had 13 lbs extra for dips snd shrugs and 7 lbs for pull ups and stopped there. This took more than half of all the time I had for the workout, so I had to plow through the chest flies, lat pull downs and push downs -combos with resistance bands in much shorter time than usual, so there was just one long drop set of each of those. With warm up prior and stretching afterwards this all took less than an hour, so at least it was intense. So far, this week hasn't been as bad at work, but I feel like I haven't mentally recovered from last week. This means any more workouts this week shall be considered a bonus.

So I guess it was not a lucky escape for Aefoe, then? Any idea how badly she's hurt? Also, what is the deal with Davenport's suspension angle? Her attacking Sid Scala doesn't exactly make her MORE heel than she is at the moment!

And prior to the early 2010's, I think The Rock and Mankind title changes after Royal Rumble 1999 and prior to Wrestlemania XV were back to back on tv (Half-time Heat and post St. Valentine Day's massacre RAW).

Maybe we should hope that NEVER happens? I don't think AEW would go "Phew, dodged THAT bullet! " if the above scenario played out 6 weeks from now. But yeah, with that much material in the can , there's a risk that some of it doesn't age well. One thing they should not have to worry about, though, is WWE poaching their enhancement talent out of spite. Usually, this could be the case, but at the moment, I would not worry about it so much.

Wasn't the last time when people said that WWE was able to book something correctly when Lashley actually DID challenge and squash The Miz for his freshly won RAW title? There may have been something after that, but that was the last time with a positive buzz of any sort that I can recall?

Watched the Teoman vs Carter from two weeks ago. Goddamn! A snap small package! And whatever that move was that finished the match! Holy shit!
