  1. Well supposedly time travel will factor into the storyline, so all those deaths at the end of MK9 could be meaningless
  2. So long as they get James Cameron to direct it....
  3. Ed Boon sorta confirms that it'll be 12 old fighters and 12 new fighters. https://twitter.com/noobde/statuses/499118571726069760 Anyone know how the hell to embed a tweet on here?
  4. Take out the colon and that sums up my feelings on the movie.
  5. And Craig Ferguson has no clue who the fuck he is: http://uproxx.com/tv/2014/08/craig-ferguson-has-no-idea-who-his-late-late-show-replacement-james-corden-is/
  6. Apparently he has 4 films that he finished that are still coming out: http://insidemovies.ew.com/2014/08/11/robin-williams-last-roles/
  7. I could have sworn we had a Mortal Kombat thread, but I didn't see one on here. So if anyone hasn't heard yet, they just revealed that Kano will be in MKX, bringing the number of confirmed fighters up to 8: Kano Raiden Sub Zero Scorpion Ferra/Torr Kotal Khan Cassie Cage D'Vorah
  8. Jae = Paul Heyman Rippa = Brock Lesnar
  9. Same odds that the sun will rise tomorrow
  10. I'm with you on Iron Man 3. I consider it the worst of the Marvel films to date, and it's the only one I don't own on blu-ray. Yes folks, I liked The Incredible Hulk more. I know a lot of people consider TIH the worst marvel film but I like it. I think we can all agree however that Green Lantern blew ass.
  11. I've said it before and I'll say it again every time his name is mentioned: Kyle Rayner can go fuck himself.
  12. I'm getting a popup for some "clean your mac" crap whenever I click on anything here on the board.
  13. Baron Von Rippa?
  14. Having dated many of them myself, I can tell you that there is absolutely no reason to put up with some high maintenance headcase who likes to play games. There's lots of great cool girls out there you just need to be A) patient enough to wait until one comes along and B ) brave enough to make your move when one does come along. I say this from personal experience. My girlfriend now is one of the most easygoing people I know and I can honestly say my time with her has been the happiest period of my life. You can have it to, just need to be willing to wait for it.
  15. Yeah, cut bait dude.
  16. Give it a try. I agree with Lacelle that it's more enjoyable than the first.
  17. Not really a western, but has the same vibe as one: The Three Burials Of Melquiades Estrada (starring and directed by Tommy Lee Jones). Also has Melissa Leo, Barry Pepper, Dwight Yoakam and January Jones.
  18. So a little update on this. They've decided to run a few chemo sessions on my dad to try and kill off as much of the cancer as they can. If it goes well enough, they will set him up for an Allo transplant, a different procedure than the last one he had. The last one they basically gave him a shit ton of chemo, harvested his stem cells when the cancer was not present and then re-injected them into him. An allo transplant uses cells from another donor (ideally a sibling, if not then they go with a random donor). It's got a higher success rate, but the recovery time is a lot longer. If he gets it, he will have to live in special housing in Seattle for anywhere from 4-6 months at a cost of $3200 a month. He's always responded well to chemo in the past, so we're slightly hopeful but it's far from a certainty this will work.
  19. Damn you guys. You made me burn through all my likes in the first couple pages of this thread with all the Harley Race stuff
  20. Add 2 Seahawks to this list too. OT Michael Bowie (shoulder) and DT Jesse Williams (Knee)
  21. How this wasn't the first video posted, I don't know
  22. Supposed news about Fallout 4. Grain of salt warning. http://www.hallels.com/articles/3059/20140802/fallout-4-release-date-spoilers-new-game-features.htm
  23. The Mariners have Vlad Guerrero's nephew Gabriel in their farm system. He's currently at the Single A High Desert Mavericks. God, please let him A) Be at least 80% as good as his uncle was in his prime and B ) Not get traded away for some middle aged hitter whose best days are behind him. http://www.milb.com/milb/stats/stats.jsp?sid=milb&t=p_pbp&pid=602115
  24. My god. Reading all of this about Amaro makes me feel a little better about Jack Z.
