I agree -- I think an older guy as the Doctor is a great idea. But if any of the episodes are like the episodes during Matt Smith's run, we'll be in for a rough haul. I finished watching the entirety of the 11th Doctor's run and I couldn't find an episode I liked that much. It was confusion for the sake of confusion. Well, I did liked "A Good Man Goes To War" and most of the episodes during Series 5 and some of Series 7. Series 6 was just bad. Whereas with Eccelston/Tennant's run, the bad episodes were few and far between. They need to have Peter Capaldi swear as the Doctor.

It's an OK to sometimes great game -- but the camera in the game is pretty much against you.

Trying to do the foot race in Tuscany in Assassin's Creed II and I'm ready to punch a kitten. Whoever designed the running controls should be shot.

If there's ever a PC version of Quantum Break or even Ryse, I would get those games. But right now, I just can't see myself shelling $499 (or even $399) for a Xbox One for them.

I think Gilbert would have done 'one last run' in the WWE feuding with Jerry Lawler (back when Lawler was still able to wrestle) before becoming a road agent for WWE and eventually a booker at TNA.

If you want someone to blame, blame the braintrust writers at the WWE. To me, they completely hotshotted the breakup/angle with AJ & Ziggler. I really wanted AJ & Ziggler to stay together while Ziggler chases the World title because Ziggler's concussion was non-scripted. But no, they have to do it anyway. I found Ziggler's segment with AJ to be completely hilarious. If Dolph Ziggler plays his cards right, he'll be the new Edge for the WWE.

Finished Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon on PSN. I'm disappointed that there is no final boss, but this game.is.awesome. It's pretty much the Saints Row: The Third of first-person shooters. I'm not going to spoil the last section but....I'm gonna fire mah lazor.

You know if there were ever a thing made for reality tv, the boyfriend going after Brodus would be it. I guess that was an actual unscripted moment, otherwise he would have found Brodus and they would of had words. And Ariane's boyfriend would have ended up in the hospital. Brodus would have taken the guy to school.

Eva Marie is indeed hot but I get a serious psycho vibe from her. Not AJ "she's crazy" vibe but a "I have a knife and I'm not afraid to use it" vibe. Her going against management is fine by me since I'm not too convinced any of them know what they are doing anymore. Their VP of talent relations is even more clueless than Johnny Ace and she looks like Jane Lynch but really old. Nikki & John's 'moments' annoyed me quite a bit - I can just see Cena dumping her because he's playing her. JoJo is way too tiny and small to be a wrestler. Just have her be a backstage interviewer and sing the National Anthem. I'm hoping the WWE crowds will let Vince & co. know to push Natalya.

I predict that by the end of the year, Phil Fish will commit suicide. EDIT: The more I think about it, the more I think Marcus Beer was in the wrong for his comments. Marcus Beer should stick with what he's good at....drinking beer, not writing about video games.

Just met Little Jacob who I can actually understand even without subtitles. So far, the game seems almost linear (?) with the mission structure and it seems like most of the missions thus far are very much tutorial missions.

I second the love for Ittle Dew that Broken Lamp '88 mentioned. It's a sarcastic Zelda game. I really wish someone would gift me Mars: War Logs but I'll wait until the Winter sale.

Which, after playing Sleeping Dogs, I'm surprised there weren't any missions/skills learned in having a date with Michelle. Stealing money from people, perhaps?

Christian having a World title run again would be great. Christian with a WWE title run is even better.

Having never played GTAIV, I decided to pop that in on the big screen with my PS3. The game seems almost quaint compared to Saints Row: The Third and Sleeping Dogs....about five minutes in, I keep hoping there's a way to kill Roman.

I beat two notoriously hard and bad NES games today and yesterday: Spelunker and Deadly Towers. For Dark Souls fans, Deadly Towers is the prototype to Dark Souls.

Ended up grabbing Skyrim Legendary Edition, Far Cry franchise pack, the XCOM DLC, Sleeping Dogs Year of the Snake DLC, and quite a few games.
