    wow. when was the last time there were 2 title changes on the same card? i predicted Joanna winning the strap but didn't see dos Anjos dismantling Pettis like he did. entertaining night of fights.

    guys, there's been a problem. Roman Reigns didn't do very well in Round 1. we need to hotshot him into the semifinals so that people can fully appreciate how great he is. The fans just don't know that they want it yet.

    preordered them both from Amazon the day they went up. as a bonus, i payed about 24 each for Cap Falcon and Pit, the rest were all picked up at retail or less (due to sales) so i'm pretty happy

    here is pretty much my final Amiibo collection. the wife has her eyes on Kirby, to go along with the new Kirby Rainbow game, but otherwise i'm good. maybe in a couple years when open ones are selling for $5 i'll pick up a Little Mac or Yoshi, but i'm not really interested otherwise.

    i hope this is not true because Rousey in Expendables 3 was fucking terrible. i can only imagine how bad a film with her as the star would be.

    i saw Marilyn Manson earlier this month. gotta say, i was rather disappointed. his stage show was practically nonexistent, and the sound in the arena wasn't good at all.

    that's because if we started that line of thinking, it would honestly include every female fighter. except Rousey.

    i didn't dig the new Two-Face origin, and thought that storyline drug on too far. i was quite uninterested with the entire arc. the Requiem issues were overall good but the whole thing was uneven. i agree with you, especially on the Frankenstein issue. enjoyed the batgirl and nightwing issues the most.

    the best/worst part of that WarGames match is that not only did Hogan save the day, but he single handedly beat up EVERY member of the DoD, didn't sell a single strike, and won the match within 3 minutes of being introduced. i'll third the love for Flair/AA. even a non-Flair fan such as myself could appreciate his work here. Craig Pittman is on my shortlist for least interesting wrestler that got a consistant push. i've said this before, but his armbreaker was so friggin' lame. he wasn't that great in-ring, and his promos sucked. please just keep him off my TV.

    Ronda Rousey was the worst part of Expendables 3. i hope she stays far away from movies.

    me & my friends ordered pretty much all of the PPVs in these days. that said, i pretty much have no recolection of any of the 99-00 events save SummerSlam and WrestleMania. i remember seeing this VHS and buying it. must've been a year or so later. the card looked fantastic so had to pick it up. we played WWF No Mercy on the n64 endlessly at this point, but none of us could figure out why one of the weapons was a bouquet of roses. then i got this VHS, saw the Eddie/Chyna deal, and it all made sense. looking back, this has to be one of the only events to not have a single one-on-one, no stipulation match, right?

    the ECW Zombie is legitimately one of my favorite things about the ECW revival. my reaction of WTF...... (when he entered) followed by knee-slapping guffaws (when he cut that promo) will probably never be duplicated. hell, i'm laughing to myself right now thinking about it.

    Yes. He was in Kerry Von Erich's corner when he took on Bam Bam Bigelow. somebody please tell me that this match is available online. because a quick google search does not come up with anything.

    just started playing PokeMon Red again. it's been YEARS. kicking ass. may have to cave and pick up X or Y.

    i've only made one. a brawler. Batman. it's pretty sweet to randomly throw Batman into a Mario battle.

    the Annual NES Super Tecmo Bowl prediction: Patriots 24, Seahawks 14. the Seahawks defense is strong early, but the Patriots ball control and clock manipulation wear out the Seattle D, leading to the Pats racking up points consistantly. the Seahawks threaten late in the game with a couple long throws, but ultimately fall short after a late interception. MVP goes to the NE QB, who has a couple key long runs peppered into the assault.

    i loved that Halftime Heat match. well, until we got that closeup of the Rock ("forklift cam" is a perfect name for it) and it looked fake as hell. everyone i was watching with was into the match until that moment and it ruined the finish.
