Got past the Martial Arts Club in North Point. Got fucked up in the last round of Martial Arts Club in Central. Was pissed. Central MAC is a pain in the ass with my limited kung fu arsenal and only being at 120% health, but I think I can pull it off thanks to Leg Breaker totally wrecking strikers and brawler. I also need to take out a grappler or two earlier in the match. New strategy is to try to knock a grappler or two out of the ring to autokill them and thin the herd. My Face Rank is 3 and I need to get to 4 before I go out on any dates (this is my Lady Killer outfit playthrough). I've completed all of the drug busts in North Point and am saving the others until I unlock the safehouses in those parts of town, so I have artificially closed that option for earning Face Rank. It is my OCD at work. If I keep getting rekt in Central MAC, I'll push the storyline until I unlock races and win a few. Then I'll go out on dates after I buy my Lady Killer clothing. Finally killed a man with a fish!

I think a lot of viewers who are annoyed with Darlene as a character have no concept of what "I did it for the lulz." is. If they did, Darlene's nonchalance and narcissism would make a lot more sense to them. That is why Darlene has personality issues with Trenton and Romero. They know that Darlene is not a true believer of the cause and her attitude can lead to carelessness that will get them all into huge amounts of trouble. The parallels between Darlene and Tyrell as they pertain to fsociety are very interesting. Darlene hacks for kicks while Tyrell has an axe to grind against E Corps for his dismissal and both are using fsociety as a means to an end without too much regard for the people involved. It will be interesting to see what Romero, Trenton, and Mobley do next season once they figure out what is what.

Jesus, I hate Lex Luger. The only reason he turned out to be such a wonderful seller is because he learned his lesson from the times he tried to no sell against Bruiser Brody and Bad News and got his ass beat for it. One thing I will give him credit for is his ability to lead a match as well as be carried, but again it took lumps and bumps to get that wisdom through his thick skull. Frequent turns really did transform him into a very smart worker that could either infuriate or inspire a crowd and he was equally brilliant in his role as a dominant heel or a convincing face in peril.

When was the last time you ever saw anyone win a match by reversing a hip toss with a backslide pinfall? When did you ever see a man that worked traditionally as a heel win via backslide pinfall? This match is fucking awesome. I miss 70's matches where wrestling was wrestling and you didn't always have things like heel offense and face offense.

To my dismay, YouTube has vids of the Dwyer suicide.
