All of the matches tonight were technically sound, and entertaining. The funny thing about SDL has been that you're kind of in a trance whilst watching it, then once it's done you've realized what you saw. Things that I just remembed: Did Otunga imply Carmella was in the mob? Did JBL say he's never heard of Michael Jackson? How long was Baron Corbin beating up Kalisto for? Why was ADR sitting on the ring announcer? Are they keeping Eve Marie's announcer behind the curtain?

Where was Breezeango in that tag team smush? I did love Mikey, though.

Love Heath's bit again this week, I hope it leads to something eventually....I loved the "free agent" nameplate he got. And did anyone else notice the sidebar for Rhyno said "3-time ECW Hardcore Champion?"

You also have to take into account the old saying about how Nebraskans are two or three years behind the times compared to everyone else. They possibly thought they were cheering for The Shield. Congrats to Big Cass for that half-night push to the main event he received! Otherwise, show was okay, nothing too terrible minus that almost-awkward comment New Day had with the last minute save. Well JBL did mention the country is broke, so depends on how snobby you are.

Jay Lethal, Ken Resnick, Gilberg, Bob Backlund....another great episode. I really hope there's a season two.

Big fan of Regal/Barrett/Sheamus, but it was way too short. New Day and Ambrose/Owens/Cesaro close seconds. For the most part the show is enjoyable, but tends to be shorter then I'd like.

Truly a black day for the company, and thus, the world with Barrett leaving. I already knew he was going to be gone this summer, but still wasn't prepared for the day it actually happened. As a huge fan of his, it should go without saying that I agree with all the statements about how he had so much potential that was ruined time after time. I'm not sure how I feel about him going to another company....yet. If another company utilizes him properly and he has a chance to shine, I'll be happy. For now, unfortunately, I'll have to add him to the list of wrestlers that should have won a world title but never did...right behind William Regal.

New Day were heels when they started out, and it took a little while for them to get over, it didn't happen overnight.

Otunga is still employed by the company as well. Young was kicked out of the original, and Slater didn't make it to the New Nexus, so I'll give the nod to Otunga.
