Yeah, this seems like a situation, where a bunch of people kept adding in stuff they thought would be cool without considering the whole. First full week back at work so full on workouts as well. 4 workouts with Wednesday off. Monday was pretty intense full upper body massacre, with all the usual, plus shrugs and extra pumping for the arms. Arms are approaching 17,5 inches (well, 17 anyway) when absolutely pumped to the max. That means triceps, biceps and bracialii all pumped. Because Monday, I had no other choice but to have a leg day. So calf raises and squat machine until the morale improves. Thursday was bench and lat pulldown day. Bench pyramid was as follows: 5x198, 3x242, 1x264, 6x270, 3x275, 5,5,4,3,4x264, 5x242, 12x198, 30x132. Light lat pulldowns between the heavier sets. Friday, Trapbar and shrugs. For the first two sets, I stood on a small platform to increase the intensity. I did 10x 242 and 5x363 without Versa Grips. Took the platform out and put Versas on, then 5×430, then 3x5x451. Nothing spectacular, but very much a good Friday at the office. Then some shrugs with 297, 275 and 165. Overall, I'm pleased with this week's effort. Weather conditions have improved so much , so fast that I actually took a longer path to work and back on Friday and it still took only 40 minutes one way. Weight is at 194. I've never been this heavy this close to the diet. It could be a good or a bad thing, but we won't know until the beginning of July.

From the very beginning Triple Threats in WWE have been "only pinfall or submission" so basically no-DQ. Since this almost always leads to somebody interfering "legally" , shouldn't the officials do something to fix this loophole? Competitors can do whatever, but an outside interference leads to elimination and the match will continue as one on one until there is a winner?

Wow! Well, this was pretty much everything RAW apparently wasn't. No clear challengers for Kross yet, but the Women's division is indeed on fire. I don't mind Raquel smiling more, as long as she keeps threatning to shove stuff up her opponents' asses! So far, Dakota showed zero signs of jealousy or envy, but it's early days. Indi and Dexter has the potential to be the next Otis and Mandy - saga, although this will probably actually lead to a real conclusion. NXT hasn't attempted anything like this before, right? The results so far have been promising, but it may end in tears. That can be a good or a bad thing, though. So, are Ciampa and Thatcher going after MSK, or Imperium? Ciampa was talking about the titles and I don't see him wanting anything to do with WALTER again. Kushida was the way to move Escobar to bigger things and they will probably now use Devlin to establish Kushida as the top cruiser weight. I expected this to show up on the Network yesterday, but apparently I have to wait until Thursday, like it was before.

Night 2 was not quite as good, but still enjoyable. As far as opener goes, is it fair to assume that Sister Abigail gave The Fiend the no-selling powers and can take them away at will? Bazler & Jax retaining was the right move and makes Night 1's result look more sensible. Sami vs KO was fine, but no real shits given. Riddle vs Sheamus was good but with a couple of brutal botches. Ending was gnarly. The Nigerian Letter Fight was what it was and with a name like that Big E was expected to be screwed out of his gold. Good for Rhea to be finally getting the entrance she should have gotten last year. Asuka and Bray probably have interesting conversations on how WrestleManias suck! I paid zero attention to this match, and I don't see a scenario where I'm going to give it another go. Main event was very good, but the way it was building up, you could tell that the sensible finish was indeed Reigns retaining.

Maybe because our souls aren't dead...quite just yet?
