Come on man. These predictions have to be realistic.. The thing is they've been trying to be the worst team in the league for two straight seasons, and they've failed both times. They're better now than they were the last two years, and are they worse than the Nets, Blazers, or Hornets? I'm not exactly bullish on Portland this year, but I don't think they'll be terrible if they can get healthy. Leonard, Kaman, Vonleh, and Plumlee seem like a pretty solid frontcourt rotation, and Henderson and Harkless can play the wing. I think they might actually finish ahead of Minnesota this year.

I'm sure he knew about it. Lord knows if he instigated it or not; it certainly wouldn't surprise me. But I think the AD falls on his sword for this before Pitino does.

Bucks/Wolves was pretty shit. Minnesota's shooting is just awful and they had no offensive flow. Muhammad and Wiggins were the only Wolves that showed much on offense, although Towns hit a couple of nice jumpers. Monroe looked like a beast, battling for offensive rebounds and at least sort of trying on defense. MCW was aggressively attacking the basket but kept turning the ball over. Copeland was a pleasant surprise; he was moving without the ball and hitting corner 3s, which is exactly what they need from him. The most entertaining part of the game was the crowd lustily booing Tyus Jones every single time he touched the ball. Garnett got a nice ovation during the pregame, then fouled Giannis twice in the first two minutes and got booed for the rest of the game.
