  1. What OC has done for that title is tremendous. I agree with you that it feels like the secondary title, but I will admit, im enjoying Hobbs/Wardlow/Joe trading the TNT back and forth......now all I want is for Brody King to get a crack at it.
  2. He really needs to crawl back under a rock for another 7 years.
  3. Dax absolutely comes across as a genuine, heart on his sleeve sort of guy and coupled with the wrestling knowledge and candid discussions about anxiety, his podcast was one of my absolute favorites. I'll absolutely miss it.
  4. I'd argue he shouldn't have beaten Kingston or Hangman, but the latter argument is one that has been gone over again and again.
  5. I don't think Punk fits that bill either
  6. Count me in amongst the group who woul be happy if Punk never, ever showed back up in AEW again. I'm not even a huge Buck guy(Love Omega though), it's more of a "how long until he loses his smile again, buries the company and shits in the pool" Dude is an overrated primadonna.
  7. When trolls on twitter start calling your 9 year old daughter a whore, I can see how he would say fuck it and not want to deal with it.
  8. I'm more pissed Bianca retained than Roman. Roman retaining was a total piece of shit move
  9. You couldn't have given us one of Kingston or Briscoe? Goddamn. I agree with Matt above, outside of Athena retaining and Yuta getting some comeuppance(i commented on this in the Dynamite thread, something about his face), i disagree with almost every booking result. I'm assuming that Brian Cage and TK worked something out to keep him in ROH for the future since the Embassy retained, so I suppose I agree with that one, but it feels just mean spirited to have both Mark and Eddie lose. and poor Dante. Top Flight seems to always have the worst luck strike whenever they get some momentum.
  10. About the only thing I can add to all of this is Fuck that piece of shit DeShaun Watson and the scumbag organization that paid him. This is all their fault.
  11. I'll admit, I really enjoy Yuta's in-ring, but I feel like Rob Riggle in Step Brothers when I look at him....."There's just something about your face" Now that he's playing a sleazeball heel riding the coattails of his tougher BCC stablemates, I just want to see him get steamrolled by someone like Brody King for 15-20 minutes to satisfy my bloodlust. TL;DR: He's killing it, haha
  12. I guess Wheeler Yuta is doing his job, because everytime hes on my screen I want to see him get absolutely mangled.
  13. In other QB news, Nathan Peterman resigns with Chicago for 1 year.
  14. So it seems that the story progression is that Hangman forced Mox to tap, so Mox is going scorched earth on anyone and everyone close to Hangman in any capacity? Also, Hangman has victories over Mox, Danielson and Yuta, can we get a Claudio/Hangman match sometime extremely soon?
  15. That was definitely my favorite part of it (the married couple jabbing back and forth was second, it was endearing and adorable)
  16. I wonder if it was before or after Hangman "shoots" on Punk(I don't even come close to agreeing there was anything incendiary about that promo, especially when Punk has made his bones being the "shooty, smarky" promo guy) that Punk said he wasn't going to "lose to Hangman" Personally, Punk can fuck off forever. I appreciate the MJF feud and how good it was, but other than that, he added nothing other than pop for his theme and subpar matches.
  17. I couldn't agree with all of this any more than I currently do.
  18. I'm not sure what people are angrier about, the dick spot or the fact that XPW brought back admitted abuser G-Raver.
  19. Shouldn't be a shock because it's XPW, but there was apparently a spot that really jumped the shark last night. Spoilers

  21. I mentioned to my buddy today, that despite me absolutely despising Punk, i wanted him to come back so I could at least get Omega/Punk. He just sent me what was posted with the tag line "Man, if Punk sees a swimming pool, you know he just has to shit in it" What a fucking crybaby.
  22. I'm having trouble finding the match, but Kallisto/Baron Corbin Chairs match from TLC 2016. Just a tremendous match that took me by surprise by how good it was. I don't see it mentioned much, but for some reason, it stuck with me as being really damn fun and probably one of my favorites from either Kallisto or Corbin.
  23. and to see Greg Puciato's solo work, May 22, 2023 at UArts in Philadelphia. This is shaping up to be an incredible year for me with live music and I'm absolutely here for it.
  24. I feel similarly about splitting Hangman from the DO and breaking up the Best Friends. It just shouldn't be done.
  25. I'm very curious to see how this effects the Eagles/CJGJ. At the beginning of the season, i had assumed we'd be losing at least 1 of Slay/Bradberry/CJGJ, and i would've chose to keep Bradberry and CJ, but i wonder if there is a possibility they bring back all three.
