When do tickets for Axxess go on sale?

Question for the legal minds around here...My family recently moved from Washington state to Fairfield, CA. We recently (12/18) discovered mold in our daughter's room. Then, Christmas morning, it spread like locust. We were throwing out luggage and teddy bears left and right. Both times we put in calls to the management company. Finally, on 12/29, a mold testing company was sent out. The report has come back, and basically we are being given a choice of moving into a smaller house that costs $100 more per month, or they are going to try to break our lease. My question is basically, what rights do we have, and what legally are we allowed to request they do for us? I've looked up the housing laws for CA, but it really doesn't address situations like this. Any help or advice would be great.

Who called your wife? The principal. We went to speak with everyone involved today. He's being called a future track star at school. 6 yrs. old, 1 mile in less than 10 minutes. They are putting more safeguards in place, and we are requesting his own personal aide at school. We know he has no fear of danger, and really no understanding of what a stranger is. We've had many family members suggest we "sue their asses off". We just wanted an explanation, and to see what we could all collectively do to prevent this from happening again. So far, we are pleased with the school's response. This could've turned out WAY worse, considering he was actually found by a stranger and escorted to a police officer.

I'm actually glad she didn't call me home from work. I might have more to discuss with the cops than just my missing son.

A HUUUUUGGGE Fuck You to Tacoma Public Schools, specifically Jennie Reed Elementary. My son, who is non-verbal Autistic, ran from school today. This took place within the first hour, so no chance it took place during recess. My wife was called and told that he had been found a mile and a half away near the high school. My question tomorrow (when I go down to chew somebody's ass) is going to be how long was he gone before the police were called? For a six year old to make it a mile and a half away, that takes a while. Luckily, he was found safe, and he's home now (on punishment for running away). I know I don't usually post in this thread (or on the board as a whole), but I needed to vent without stressing my wife out even more than she already is.

The Iron Man match would've been good had they not gone the entire match without a fall. Even at 13, I saw overtime coming around the 17 minutes remaining mark of the match. Their match at Survivor Series 92 was actually pretty good though.

Scott Hall, Sid...and I would disagree that Cactus' best match was Shawn. His match with HHH at the Rumble was better.

So, surely there has to be something up with Raul Ibanez being the best power hitter in Seattle. Guys like Josh Hamilton, Justin Upton, etc, have turned down chances to get (over)paid to play in the PNW. Yet, 41 year old Raul Ibanez has crushed 24 HR in half a season. Shouldn't this prove to other power hitters that Safeco isn't necessarily a bad place to play?
