Dolfan in NYC Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Sunday, January 19th 3:00pm - AFC Championship New England @ Denver 6:30pm - NFC Championship San Francisco @ Seattle ...yuck.
Fat Spanish Waiter Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Hoping the 49ers and Pats wreck shit. 1
Niners Fan in CT Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Nobody will give the 49ers a chance all week. I hope Harbs has something because thus far Kaep has not been good out in Seattle.
TimLivingston Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I love how people are talking about the 49ers are evil because Kap and Harbaugh are animated while Seattle has a PED pedaler for a coach, New England has a coach that has cheated more than Ric Flair in 1985 and Peyton has made millions doing commercials with a business owner whose practices are sleazy to put it lightly. 2

Don't make me hate the fucking 49ers dude
Ryan Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I'd root for the least of all evils, but I don't care about any of them, so I'll just cheer on the Seahawks to anger the most amount of people. 1
Death From Above Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 To hate Tom Brady is to hate America. And we all know how hating America ends. 1
TimLivingston Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 To hate Tom Brady is to hate America. And we all know how hating America ends. Revolution that leads to the betterment of all mankind? 4
Brian Fowler Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Injury ravaged team that just keeps winning despite it all? Sounds like the perfect scrappy underdog story.
ebbie Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 To hate Tom Brady is to hate America. And we all know how hating America ends. ? But yeah, the only way it could be more harder to root for any of these teams is if that AFC title match was a 3way with the Steelers. 1
Josh Mann Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I love how people are talking about the 49ers are evil because Kap and Harbaugh are animated while Seattle has a PED pedaler for a coach, New England has a coach that has cheated more than Ric Flair in 1985 and Peyton has made millions doing commercials with a business owner whose practices are sleazy to put it lightly. And while you can argue that all Eddie Debartolo did was not squeal on a shakedown attempt, I wouldn't call him or the Yorks innocents.
Burgundy LaRue Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 As we have often said on this board, professional sports brings together some of society's most depraved personalities, then puts fame and fortune into the mix. It's a recipe for insanity. 1
The Damn Yeti Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I'm 100% behind the Broncos. I'm a 15 year Vikings fan, but I had Peyton and Knowshon on my fantasy team and have watched their games and cheered all season. Hope they finish it. Knowshon, know victory.

And while you can argue that all Eddie Debartolo did was not squeal on a shakedown attempt, I wouldn't call him or the Yorks innocents. Oh don't even start with that. It's hilarious that DeBartolo has been basically a deity while being a huge slime ball because he brought hardware for the fans. The Yorks are more petulant than sleazy, but yeah, it was a very Mafia-like thing to do.
Red is Dead Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Niners to beat the seahawks in a fight where some football breaks out. Broncos to take pats in the dying seconds with a field goal. Niners to become the bridesmaids (again) when Manning destroys the defence. And i say that as a niners fan...but i cant see how manning can be beaten. He's looking too dangerous.
The Comedian Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I think the Patriots have actually surpassed the early 00's Atlanta Braves in the "would you go the fuck away already?" factor... 3
FluffSnackwell Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I just want Peyton to win another one so he doesn't need to throw for 70 TD's and 7,000 yards to feel good about himself next regular season.
Lawful Metal Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I just want to see some Manningface and someone leave Tom Brady hanging on a high five. I guess that means Pats win. I also hope someone talks up the patriot way and how they take problem athletes in and turn them into great citizens. Actually, I just want to see Manning fail again in the playoffs. Manningface!
muhammedboehm Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I kind of want the 49ers vs Donkeys in NYC with a blizzard on top with 49ers winning.
Vincey Greene Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Go Seahawks. San Francisco is currently the most repellant team in sports. Don't really care who wins the AFC game. 2
Craig H Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Pete Carroll is a despicable asshole, so I always want him to lose, even if Beast Mode is on the team. It should be obvious who I want to win on the AFC side.
Jrag Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I'm rooting for the states with legalized marijuana. Really, that's the only reason. Seattle seems like the clear cut favorite to me.
