It's also been hot as shit on the east coast. I'm sure some people just want to get out of the heat.

Every comic book film will eventually suffer some kind of backlash from a select few. I mean there are people now attempting to shit on The Dark Knight years later. There are always those who will go against the grain or those who will never be happy because a film wasn't completely 100% faithful to the comics. Then there will be others who will shit on the films BECAUSE they were faithful to the comics. I enjoy most of these with the exception of the Iron Man sequels and maybe a few others. I'm looking forward to all of them. Peace and love.

Francesa seems to think that Braun "struck a deal with baseball" and that's why this is coming out today. He believes others will fight it.

Name The Big Men Better Than Mark Henry
Niners Fan in CT replied to DylanWaco's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
Well, I thought Edge was great for what he was. He was a very good gimmick match wrestler... took a lot of risks.. he had a great character during his Rated R Superstar run.. he had a ton of charisma. I wouldn't say he was all gimmicks either. He had some very good matches with the right opponents. He was very good during the SD! six era. I wouldn't say All-Time great but if this was baseball he'd be Bernie Williams or Carlos Beltran. -

What was the original plan for the whole Warrior/Jake/Undertaker story? The vignettes were great. -
I just meant that corner was a weak spot all year.

I'm pretty sure I have a VHS with the '92 War Games on it somewhere. I might still purchase the set but it pissed me off the no end that they took Jesse out. -

Mark Henry is great and Shawn Michaels was great. -
I watched nearly every minute of that Sox/Yanks game at my Dad's. It was a great game but I thought it would never end. Nice to see the Braves are still in first place but since their hot start in April they are a .500 team.

Someone told me that those stupid fucks at WWE didn't include Ventura's commentary on the WAR GAMES DVD. That shit pisses me off. Just pay the man. -
Kayfabe... what is it and when was it broken for you?
Niners Fan in CT replied to Petey's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
It took a while for me. I remember people saying it was fake but I didn't believe them until I got a little older and it just clicked. It was either Hogan hulking up in WCW or something with The Undertaker. I can't remember which. I was watching and it just hit me.. "what the hell was that?" I stopped watching shortly after until the nWo started up. That brought me back and I've been a fan ever since. -

Is Hero on the road right now? If not then he could definitely get into better shape and do it naturally. -

Stark creating Ultron completely undercuts Pym. Might as well not even use Pym as a future character.- 4,313 replies

Most carry-able wrestlers
Niners Fan in CT replied to HumanChessgame's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
Again, they have nothing else to do with Kane. All of the young guys work Kofi Kingston or Sin Cara as well.. Is it because Kofi and Sin Cara are "teaching" them or is it because they are midcard guys with nothing going on? Come on now.. Kane wasn't "teaching" Rollins or Ambrose anything. WWE had faith in them and more often than not they were working with Daniel Bryan as well. Kane was an afterthought in those matches. -

I think what you saw as them putting Kane with people to "show them how to work" was actually them having nothing else for Kane at the time. I don't believe there was anything else behind it. -

That would be.... awful. I don't see the point in bringing Pym into the movie universe if you are going to have someone else build Ultron.- 4,313 replies

Give me an example of Kane carrying a young wrestler. -
Anyone who likes Iron Man 2 & 3 has no issue with crap movies. I'm not saying they should do this but if they wanted to they could always have a one-shot with JGL as Batman to hype the full length feature.

I watched every second of the trial (I'm using it for a project I'm working on) and in my mind it is a manslaughter case. Where does that leave us?
