  1. So WO put the press release for upcoming shows on the Network. http://http://www.f4wonline.com/more/more-top-stories/96-wwe-news/41859-wwe-full-press-release-regarding-new-network-shows Not sure about the Camp WWE (sounds like a Brickleberry knockoff) or whatever the hell that Swerved one will be like. And I really couldn't care less for Springer taking part. But HOLY FUCK HULK HOGAN'S ROCK AND WRESTLING SHOW! Amazing!
  2. I will warn all of you if there is a Balor appearance expect lots of fanboying in my show reaction (I'll spoiler it for those that don't care for that) If not him, then Itami would be really fucking cool as well. They invested a lot in him, might as well see what he can do outside NXT. There's also the idea of Charlotte debuting which would be great.
  3. Couldn't agree more. I don't get into arguments about what show's better because it is subjective. I had a shit ton of fun. It seems a lot of others did also. I can say that this was one of my favorite Wrestlemanias because of how fun it was. Am I wrong for feeling that way, even if it is my opinion? Doubt it. I saw the other shows and they're all awesome. Wrestling is fun, these shows are fun. That's all that matters.
  4. Since I was at a bar, I can verify that match got over huge with the entrances and runins. Also was great being there as I didn't hear the commentary that much so I call a win-win. What a fun show that was. Didn't see all of the kickoff but saw the ending of the match and ending of the battle royal. Glad BRC won and I'm okay with Show winning. -Looking back the ladder match wasn't as dangerous as past ones, and that's fine with me. It gave the guys something to do, and as planned Bryan won. I'm glad they're at least acting like they give a shit about the IC title now. Nice touch having the legends around him. Really hoping his neck holds up for the long haul as booking permitting he can do a lot with this. -Myself and everybody else tuned out of the Orton/Rollins match. While it was good nobody had any interest in it. But that fucking RKO at the end was tremendous and badly needs a gif. -I'll admit it, I fucking loved Sting's entrance. Don't care if it made sense or not, the Japanese vibe ruled hard. HHH's Terminator entrance got a huge "pop" and it honestly was damn entertaining. Of course they loved DX/nWo's parts but the ending blew. It didn't make sense why nWo (not Wolfpack version, OG version that wanted him destroyed) would help Sting. But Sting got his match and more importantly Scott fucking Hall got involved. It's wild to think about considering a couple years ago he was spiraling way out of control. Good for him. -Somewhere in all this was the musical number. Nothing against them, but it was your token piss break/check the Twittah Machine part of the show. -Bellas vs. AJ/Paige was the main reason my wife joined me. She loves them so much and it was great that she had something to look forward to instead of just putting up with the show. Good match, glad they won. Paige appeared to be buckets of tears, that has to feel really good for her. -Rusev would have easily won March Madness if that goddamn entrance occurred in the voting period. He came out in a fucking tank, whereas Cena came out with a towel and some videos. Looking at the video it was obvious he would win, but it was a fun match regardless. The rebound stunner was a real eye-opener. -Rock coming out was cool as it's setting up next year's match. I knew Ronda was there, but when they panned the camera to her the place exploded. Might have been the loudest reaction of the night. It was so fucking cool seeing her out there. Seems like they're setting up Ronda/Steph or a mixed tag for next year and I would be delighted by that. Awesome segment. It went long, but there was enough to keep it really fun. -Undertaker wasn't supposed to be coming out there as the Deadman of old. He got his ass beat last year, he's "human" for the first time. It made sense that he scaled back on the entrance and gear, and even how he moved in the ring was him finding the Deadman he used to be. I can see why many think he didn't look good in there, but from a storyline perspective (if they chose to tell it this way) it made sense. He got his win, so next year he'll be back more like he used to be (I hope) -That main event was wonderfully brutal. Had a feeling that Roman would need to get the shit beat out of him to help him out, and it appeared to work to a degree. What a fun match. I was the only one flipping out over Rollins cashing in, and man was that a great way to end the show. Is it the best of WM of all-time? Not so sure about that. But it's one of the better ones, that's for damn sure.
  5. Good luck trying to read this thread in one setting. I click for the next page and there's two pages added to it. Hot damn. Will say more about it tomorrow, but thank God I watched this at a bar instead of at home. People were losing their minds for everything and it was a really enjoyable time. The show overall was so much fun. I had no problem cheering like a mofo for Rollins winning. I can't say I was a big fan of Tyler Black, but it was more the fact that another (mainly) ROH guy is WWE Champion. ROH's stock can only go up from this. The main was great, but the cash-in achieved the intended purpose. Many fun times were had.
  6. Watching the red carpet special is worthwhile. Maria Meneous redid the "Hard Times" promo for Dusty. I adore her so much. Great show. Was happy to see Macho inducted, but he really should have been in when he was alive. Nash was great, but I guarantee next year will have a stronger main event inductee.
  7. He more than recovered from that when he told a fan to pipe down. Great speech.
  8. Anybody else I'd be hoping it'd end soon. But I'm in awe how much Larry was stalling like a motherfucker. Bless him.
  9. Not sure if I'm the only one feeling this way, but I'm not sure if I can see Connor's induction. I want to, but just knowing the feels it will bring will be tough. Just thinking about it puts a lump in my throat. If we're booking who gets inducted at certain points, it would need to be before somebody like Rikishi gets inducted to lighten the mood.
  10. Sherri was my first wrestling crush as a kid, never cared much for Elizabeth. I remember when she would start with the crazy makeup that it was unique and demanded attention. Over time it was very easy to focus on how attractive she was, and there was that crazy factor that was hard to pass up. But she was such a damn good manager. Though Dibiase and Savage didn't need her to get over, she certainly added a lot when pairing with them. Shawn's heel run was a lot better with her as a manager. And Harlem Heat got more attention with her as well. I feel she gets overlooked when talking about the best managers of all-time. But man was she fun to watch.
  11. Never realized how hard it is to learn until reading Foley's first book. In it he stated that if learning moves is like going to school, then a school boy was Algebra (or was that Calculus?) But I can see that being a problem, especially the way Roman tried it in that gif.
  12. I was more fascinated by the one guy wearing a "Fock fear" shirt ala Stone Cold than I was for the actual move. Niftly-looking move though.
  13. Noticing people say that AJ is the weakest of the four I hesitantly agree on that. Not sure why that's the case, but she should try and up her game in the ring. But it's easy for me to forgive that because she's so damn great in different ways. She did come back recently, so hopefully things improve in time.
  14. Need to watch that match again, but did they bring up how they're related and they wanted to just wrestle? Could explain the first few minutes. But man, that match is criminally underrated.
  15. So am I the only one that saw Paige not-so-subtly giving the middle finger after AJ talked? Not reading anything into it, but it sure was odd seeing that made TV. Great talking segment though. And my wife loved AJ/Paige to begin with, but that speech about being normal woman really drove that home ten-fold. They have a great thing going on, and I'm glad that there's going to be a Divas match that's worth a damn at WM.
  16. Talk'n Shop is fun as long as you accept it's meant to be bad. And if you have a drink or two in you, which I think is the intent. I normally listen to it on the drive home so so much for that part. But playing it on 1.5/x2x speed it''s a good quick listen. And they can be pretty entertaining. MLW for me is worth listening to when Konnan is on. Tried Cornette's podcast and it's good but not worth going out of my way to listen to. And hearing JR's podcast, I just adore Melina now. She sounds like she's got a good thing going for her, and she seems so damn nice. EDIT: Just thought back to the Victoria episode and I realized why I liked her so damn much. She just seems like an awesome person to be around. Too bad the restaurant went downhill as I would have loved to check it out.
  17. Not sure how Dana is in the ring, but she's the only NXT female where at this point I'm much more interested in her looks than anything else. Hopefully she's good in the ring because if so she'll be a big star in no time. Enjoyed Owen/Balor, especially the leg work. Owens was talking all kinds of shit, with my favorite being "C'mon, Balor, catch your breath!" during a chinlock. Couldn't help but laugh at that.
  18. If ever there was a case of "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!" it's that shirt. Holy fuck.
  19. Also you can 100% it for trophies in less than 15 minutes. Seriously. Got Mat Mania yesterday. Yep, trophies are easy to get. I got a few just by going in parts of the settings. As far as gameplay it's a button masher in every sense of the word. It's a fun time though. It's pretty cool to toss somebody out then do a running plancha to the floor. You can't choose any wrestlers, it's more good guy going through five guys towards championship. The gameplay's easy enough but it's hard to beat the guy. Also doesn't help that there's no life bar, just racking up points.
  20. Only thing I see from the store is the timed trial for PS3. Also an addon for the Extended Cut. Not a fan of timed trials, but given the options might think about it.
  21. Saw the Flash Sale link and was all in buying some games. Talked with my wife, had games we both wanted and added funds. What happens when I try now? The sale's done. FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!! Now to debate if we REALLY want to pay $10 for Katamari, no matter how great it is.
  22. They should have done a shirt similar to what's featured from Roots of Fight. That would be such a natural idea considering that's likely what they wear anyway. And the HOF shirts are great. Might consider that Macho Man one. And never thought I'd say this, but I might consider that Bellas Pop Vinyl figure.
  23. Couple things: -Just saw Roman on Conan and he wasn't embarassing. He wasn't the best guess ever but I expected worse. -Finally got around to seeing what Max Landis did before this video. It's got a neat evolution where it starts with grainy videos of him fucking around. Over time it looked better and now he has equipment to do great-looking videos. And this is definitely not the first wrestling video he did. One of his earlier ones was a tribute to Orton that got a chuckle out of me.
