  1. Aw, man, I would have loved to see cousin ODB working the farm in one of those wacky skits. Honestly, they're much better off in ROH, Jay is not PG on the slightest and would have been struggling with working within the confines of WWE. Plus, they'd take a look at Mark and think they can make him the stereotypical backwoods redneck which couldn't possibly end well. I think it's best for all involved, honestly. And if they're getting more money now then good for them
  2. That Warrior first look special was all kinds of heart-breaking and can make it a bit dusty for damn near anybody. It is clips from the special they had last year and includes updated footage of the family. It's tough to watch, that's for sure. The part that really got me is the older daughter wanting to be a wrestler. She had a "match" with Nattie and won, and she celebrated by shaking the ropes with Warrior's music playing. At first I was going to pass on the DVD since I saw the special last year, but with updated footage it might be worth checking out.
  3. My viewing habit for TNA was normally to record Unlocked on Saturday as it'd be that week's episode. Then they moved it to the following Friday which was no big deal. Record that plus the new episode and I'm good. Except for the fact that it didn't record the new one so I'm stuck with just Unlocked. So I go to record Unlocked from last Friday and now they just have an hour long version that has the sit down interview and two match. What the flying fuck. If they at least announced these changes then that's giving time to adjust the DVR scheduling accordingly. But they can't even do that so I'm left with trying to catch up on the past two episodes which I'm hoping to easily find. It's first world problems and everything, but it's pretty annoying when you kind of care about the show but you're unable to see it for who knows what reason.
  4. I'm normally not jealous of people, but I have no problem I'm a bit jealous. Good for you, sir.
  5. I haven't seen the show yet, but isn't he still pissed off and bitter from the PPV match with Briscoe? He was like that the past couple times, so I can imagine he's just being that on commentary. If they air the title match with Jay it might make sense why he's doing commentary even if he "doesn't give a shit"
  6. Not sure what my friend got, but he got a code for a free download of Last of Us. Finally got around to installing it yesterday (42 GB overall? Holy shit) but haven't had a chance to play it yet. But shit, can't go wrong with a free game.
  7. Yeah, I was torn between the face and faceless versions. Got the face one and it's outstanding. Also got the new Zayn one and the WM robots shirts. Holy fuck I didn't realize how great they are until I actually got them. Great job, WWEShop.
  8. The post-2010 TLC RAW with her, Dolph, and Cena is an excellent example. The crowd was so loud that all three broke character to laugh at it. That was the moment I knew she was a made woman. That was nuclear heat and good on her to get that kind of reaction. One of my favorite moments of the past few years. I need to check out the video for it.
  9. Thank you for this tip, going to try that tonight. As for Neville, a new guy is usually going to have that set moveset starting up. As long as he finds success he'll be able to do more. Can't wait for him to go against a big guy so he can bust out the German Suplex.
  10. Glad I'm not the only one who had that issue. I love their shirt designs but the shirt quality does suck. If I buy from them again I'd need to size up to make sure they don't shrink on me (which believe it or not is not code for I gained weight) Hot Topic has that problem as well with their shirts.
  11. She really should be inducted next year. Her speech will surely make it hard to have a dry eye.
  12. Shifting gears to the Vicki interview, it was so great to hear she's doing well. She might not have wrestled much, but it's good to see she left on her own terms. She just sounds like a really sweet woman. And it was also heartbreaking hearing her talk about Eddie. Hard to believe it will be ten years in August.
  13. Cena was on Austin's podcast a couple months ago. Austin did indeed tell him to snug up on that damn STF. And to his credit Cena did...for one night to setup his WM match. After that you could throw a damn football with the gap he has in the hold.
  14. Is it possible a good chunk of the searches was people wanting to see what mainstream coverage the Rousey segment got?
  15. Just checked it out. It's mainly answering questioning questions, but he spent a few minutes on the rumors. Regarding the rumors floating around about heat with WWE:
  16. Aw, I fondly remember James in Dukes of Hazzard. Him and Boss Hogg were always entertaining as hell. RIP, James.
  17. Heard this on Bryan and Vinny show. Whoever did this deserves all the likes!
  18. I love Steve Corino, guy really is underrated. He brings the comedy but it's generally amusing, and he adds to the matches.
  19. That sounds all well and good, but once I saw Dirty Ho I just have a hard time grasping comedic kung fu. It's mainly because that movie was so damn good and hit all the right notes for me. It's just hard to grasp others being at that level. If there is a movie that is on par with Dirty Ho I'll at least DVR it. But the wine tasting scene alone is tough to beat.
  20. I'm really saddened yet happy at the same time by this news. Was always a fan and the least year or so my wife absolutely adored her, always one of the segments she would go out of her way to watch. The wrestling to me was secondary, it was more the attitude she brought and the impact she had that mattered. Don't care to speculate, but it's good she's leaving to live her life. Plus, the pairing with Paige for me seemed like a passing of the torch. Paige is a different shade of nerdy, but has all the qualities to make an impact. That, and she is better in the ring than AJ was for some time. Plus, this opens up the doors for Bayley who would be insanely popular. She's not leaving a shit division anymore, hopefully she's happy knowing it matters now. And she had a lot to do with getting that to matter. Really going to miss her though.
  21. The only one I remember that had legs was Ryder/Ziggler from a couple years ago. It started on the show Ryder was doing along with Twitter and it pretty much setup the US title match that Ryder won. Other than that it's mainly a snide remark here or two for a mid-card/divas feud but not much to it. EDIT: WHOO, hit post 777! Time to play the lottery!
  22. I like Kofi and Woods to various degrees, but fuck it just have Big E go solo and act like he's been tweeting lately. Unless somehow Woods and Kofi can bring the fire then I'd be fine with them taking this in a different direction.
  23. Never saw those shirts until last night. Hot damn that rules so hard. I would be cool with them in the tag title mix, always found it odd they broke up since they were gaining traction as a team. Entertaining stuff too. Fun show, and the main event was nice and hurty. More Sheamus/Bryan, please! Also, that new theme for Sheamus rules, and I'm starting to like his new look now.
  24. I guess it's Cameron's turn to hear "Girl, bye!" Can't say I'm going to miss her, she's been pretty annoying on the show. That and she's hardly on TV as it is. Would have kept Rosa because of the Three Amigas but what can you do. I'm all for Naomi coming back, especially since she's been featured more.
