@Fallacy! I have to admit, that's a good impression. I'm down with Backlund/Young as a wacky angle, and wish they didn't use that line. Then again Vince is friends with Trump so I shouldn't be surprised.

I honestly believe Vince blocks out useless voices by playing explosions. That bit with him, Steph and HHH seemed a bit too realistic. Only difference is instead of Steph and HHH Vince would do that to low/midcard wrestlers and writers.

I like Darren and I like Backlund. But anything that reminds me of Trump is bad in my book, so unless proven otherwise no thank you. For all the griping about Reigns, this whole thing with Styles/BC/Usos is very compelling. I feel at the end of this he might finally come out of this worlds better than before this started. Whoever is booking/writing this should get a raise, keep them and fire the rest.

I'm trying to change my payment information and it's not letting me. I can't even change the credit card number or do much else. It looks like the only thing I can type in is the CV number on the back of the old card. I might have that laying around, but if not then I might as well create another account. Not sure if I'll have any luck contacting their site support. Last I heard about the site is it's not getting nearly as many people as they hoped, especially in non-Japan markets. If they're going to have English commentary for some shows, why not work with a company that can make a fully-English site?

I'm delighted to see Dirty Ho on this since getting the new cable box. Legendary Weapons is the same movie as Legendary Weapons of China, correct? The only one I haven't see yet is The Black Tavern so I'd need to find out more about that.

I loved this episode, so funny. Liked Bray's take on Goldilocks a lot more than the original. I wasn't surprised they mentioned Angle or Punk, but the mention of Wrestling Observer was a bit surprising. Oh, and can't go wrong with Bayley the marriage counselor. Funny segment. That, and her with glasses is a plus.

Going by spoilers this is going to be one helluva redemption story for Bayley. And it might make Nia more hated/feared in the process because she can claim she injured Bayley's leg. I'm already looking forward to this episode, too bad I'll have to wait two weeks to see how it plays out.

If it's Cena's gear I'd imagine there's a stat bonus for Hustle, Loyalty and Respect. I should be into the game more but lack of worthwhile Universe mode killed it for me. Anymore it's just firing it up for a couple hours and that's at best once a week. I guess I could get back into Career mode but at this time it's not worthwhile for me. Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome time when I do play it as it's got some great bells and whistles on top of solid gameplay. But I'm hoping for a revamp on the Universe and Career mode. Not sure what it was about it, but the last one before they went current gen was fantastic for Universe mode. Bring what made that great into the next game and I'm in.

I don't want to add a a new post to the Takeover thread, which is pretty much done with, so I'll add this. Just re-watched Nakamura/Zayn from Takeover. The match, the atmosphere, everything was outstanding. And if you were in the crowd for that, I love you very much for it. The "Fight forever" chant in particular gave me massive goosebumps that I just can't shake off. So great, so unbelievably wonderful, I have to see this again immediately. Zayn had a wonderful sendoff and Nak looked like a billion bucks. Just loved this so, so much.

Well, the guy at the station did have to search for that specific suit, so that's on him. As for my old friend who knew what that was, it was basically him being a dick about the whole "It's not a panda suit, you fucks, it's this!" I like the guy, but c'mon, people will see what they see anyway. Besides, it's the internet, if it was made or thought of in any capacity it will always be searchable and bought online. That is, if you're into that sort of thing. If rule 34 of the internet is "if it exists there's porn/freaky shit" for it, then rule 35 might as well be "if it exists, we make something about it!" Oh, and to clarify it was a friend of a friend, but that's not to discount what OSJ said.

An old friend of mine clarified it's not a panda suit (as said in national news) but a hedgehog kigurumi suit that you can buy online. Doesn't really matter what it is, but I still found it crazy. What would compel one to wear that and do a fake bomb threat, who knows.

Maybe WWE can get them a deal on a bigger ring at least. Amazing what can be done inside a small ring like that, but that's ridiculously small.

I'm looking forward to checking these out later, but just want to point out how weird and surreal it is that Progress matches are being showing on WWE's site and Youtube channel. This is kind of freaking me out but in a good way.

I think this season needs more of Archer's sweet Baboo (the ocelot) That, and more wackiness from Pam/Cheryll.

Still need to check Toxic 2 and 3, but the Toxic Crusaders not only broke the 4th wall, it smashed it to pieces. It's a shame it apparently didn't air in the US (save for G4 airing a couple episodes in '09) as that could have been a fun show to watch growing up. Thanks for the paragraphs on tomorrow's movies, JT. I'm really looking forward to Kid With a Dragon Tattoo. I absolutely adored Dirty Ho, and this sounds like it's going to be super fun to watch. I'll try to watch that tomorrow and Lady Hermit I'll get to at some point.

And I know this is Flair we're talking about, but it's sad to see him like this anymore. Honestly, I thought he was going to only be there until Wrestlemania and that was it. Now I wish that was the case. I'd use him Sunday then after that that's it for him.

Damn, I take it you don't like them that much. Honestly, I never cared to find out the back story about this. Whether it was due to angle turning into real life or some drama behind the scenes mattered little to me. And I'm not speaking ill about Chyna, but she's made accusations about relationships that didn't hold water. I'm having a hard time believing that to be the case, but unless Meltzer had one helluva source we're not going to know how true this is.

I dunno, I feel Nice Guy Eddie and I would say otherwise (it's a Greek thing, man) But yeah, she was on there a lot. Only halfway through the show, but that Eli Drake segment was the worst. They should never, ever, ever, ever attempt talking segments again. Josh even said it was better than Ken Anderson's thing, but that was strange considering it really wasn't.

Well, if you're going to merge with somebody might as well be Sinclair. Joe's been known for pinching pennies for some time so I'd imagine he can make it work. First thing I'd do is get rid of the name, then from there. I'd hope they would keep the rosters separate also.

You can say what you want about the songs for her, but no way is that the worst. There's been way too much in the past of "Show your tits!" chants and stuff about Puppies that there's no way those songs are anywhere near that level. I can see them being annoying and pointless, especially in the London Takeover match. But objectifying? Nope, not seeing it. I also love how people think the "Hey, we want some Bayley!" is clearly them saying they want her bad. It didn't even start with her, it started with New Day. And that was just them goofing on a song where if you knew what it was about you went "Oh, shit!" And I guarantee you that not that many in the crowd know or even care about its origins, they see it as something fun to sing to.

The long-running story they've told on shows is that when they did the angle with Test and then her going heel they spent so much time together that they fell in love for real. It's possible it's some revisionist history to cover for something else, but I was never aware about one going after the other like that. Assuming they're telling the truth, if not for that angle it might have been possible HHH/Chyna would have still been a thing.

Yep, and that was annoying considering most of the show was about them taking out Hydra. Even May couldn't be asked to give half a damn with her tired-sounding line. Good episode aside from that.

Stefan Struve is slow as all hell, but that kick is ridiculous. if i go against anybody else I'd be banned from using him because of that kick. Thanks to the videos before I started using him in Knockout mode and he's a beast. But the highlight of that is Austin and Breeze giggling like mad over the ridiculousness of the final, especially when Struve slinks down like a jellyfish. Awesome video.
