  1. There's no official name change. Theatres are using that title as SEO, Warner's had nothing to do with it.
  2. BIRDS OF PREY was fantabulous, and like SPEED RACER, will be judged more kindly in 6-7 years by people that don't get it now.
  3. Ask Rippa if he'll tinker with it on the backend and let you go over the 50kb max? I won't say I speak from experience...
  4. "My heart isn't racist, but my brain is" - Tessa Blanchard
  5. I really think so. I don't think they'll pick up on the overwhelming sense of sadness in the character, but they'll have fun. It was co-written and directed by the guy that did SPOTLIGHT a couple years back.
  6. We watched TIMMY FAILURE today, and I wasn't expecting to be emotionally destroyed by a Disney Channel movie, I'll tell you that.
  7. Three movies coming out this year, Jupiter's Legacy has been filming and will be released next year. Josh Duhamel as The Utopian
  8. The BBC did one just a couple months ago!
  9. The Picard Starfleet uniforms are basically the DS9 jumpsuits with popped collars (for some reason) and a lil' divot below the neck "v" As to the show. It was worlds better than Discovery, and promoting it as a serialized story from the get go made it easier to get into. I still say Trek should be episodic, but if you're doing a one-off series built around a character, serialization is fine. It's literally Trek-adjacent, not Trek proper. My only real problem was
  10. We just started rewatching it, and they set up SO MUCH in the first couple of episodes that gets paid off across the seasons. Knowing the season 1 twist in early episodes really lets you pick out the minor stuff that Danson was doing for people who were going to come back to the episodes after the reveal.
  11. I was also not impressed with (spoiler). I did enjoy the Marv Wolfman cameo though.
  12. At 43 and having absorbed both, that was hilarious. No wonder I rarely come to the board anymore. Y'all are too far up your own butts.
  13. Freeform's other stuff took off and they no longer had room for the New Warriors (Ft. Squirrel Girl), so Disney shopped it around to other Disney nets and came up empty handed. The pilot is complete and in the vault as of now.
  14. She-Hulk Ms. Marvel Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) Squirrel Girl Spider-Woman Valkyrie Tigra Screaming Mimi/Songbird
  15. Gallifrey was saved in the lil' bubble universe during Day of the Doctor, but since then The Master has been back and done things. I'm not sure when Gallifrey became a transversible location again, probably this episode?
  16. Luke's Saber isn't Luke. He's dead on whatever that island planet was called.
  17. Oh jeez, they totally telegraphed the Palpatine return with the Maul return in SOLO.
  18. People were so distracted by the "Chewie was in another ship, I guess" stuff that no one realized the ship they discovered and escaped that planet with was Rey's parents. That made me angry.
  19. Bravo began as a Broadway/Opera channel.
  20. Ah yes, the "old white guy terror trilogy" Reactionary films to the youth movement, ethnic/health foods, and computerization of the workplace. They're fun to look back on now.
  21. CourtTV relaunched last year as a streaming service (maybe a digital subchannel too?) with the original court direction.
