  1. There are some BAD commentary teams on those random WWF house shows that are all up on Youtube now. It's always a surprise and generally most of them seem annoyed that they're even there.
  2. Batman: The Animated Series - Christmas With The Joker
  3. Should have done a Rock'n'Sock type deal where Nattie gives Nikki a 2Pawz shirt and later finds it in the trash.
  4. They need to spend the next week working on Nattie's reasoning, though. On Talking Smack, she was stumped by some of Daniel Bryan's questions because there was no logical answer. She needs to head more down the road of "I was helping train other women when I should have been training myself" and I think I'll like this character. Maybe it felt off to me because she was already a heel and she's actually had a lot of opportunities this year compared to others and she was the weak link in all of her big matches. Also, I really liked crazy cat lady Nattie speaking in song lyrics and being buddies with Shane.
  5. That tag match was very good. I loved Brian Kendrick laughing to himself on the apron while Neville beat the crap out of Swann.
  6. What's wrong with protecting someone? Is it just because it's not the person you want in the role? Charlotte being dominant in the big events leading to her losing at the biggest event of them all is a fine storyline. Her and Sasha had a bunch of good to great matches that elevated the title to something that headlined RAW and did a great number. They easily could have headlined Roadblock over Owens and Reigns and it wouldn't have been out of place. How does that happen if everything is so poorly done? Are we sure Emma is ready? I'm a huge fan of hers and think she belongs in the mix but they've been delaying the return. That doesn't really change the last few months, though. Summer Rae is also injured and limited beyond a 3-5 minute C-show match. Alicia Fox is a relic, IMO. She can execute 2 or 3 moves nicely and that's about it. They don't have depth and they put too many people on Smackdown when they did the split. Paige was supposed to be in the mix but we know what happened with her.
  7. She doesn't win all of her matches clean. She had Ric with her and then Dana. She's also lost absolutely clean on a number of occasions. Or did those never happen? Is Bayley not 3-0 on her because she beat her clean 3 times? Did Sasha not beat her clean on multiple RAW's to win the title? HHH wasn't doing that. When heel champs only cheat to win, all we hear is complaints that champs are booked too weak. When they get a few clean wins, they're suddenly HHH and it's death. The crowd reactions have mostly been great for the RAW women's stuff except for a couple of times. The crowd on Monday wasn't into anything on the show except for them. The booking hasn't been perfect but on the whole, they've been moving things where they need to. It's been nitpicked more than the booking of anything ever. I think they've done pretty well given that they only have 3 women who can do anything and only 1 who can cut a promo.
  8. No, they just chose Bayley over Sasha as the person that's really going to take Charlotte down. Is that the wrong choice? As for Sasha, it felt like the direction was to have Sasha doubting herself and now she has to overcome a monster to become The Boss again.
  9. Felt like they changed direction on the "Who attacked Nikki?" storyline and went with Nattie instead of someone like Eva Marie or Mickie or whoever. The whole reveal was a bit off to me and they tried to cover it up by throwing in some 'shocking' lines. Feels like every Nikki storyline winds up being about her being undeserving of her spot. Show was really fun overall. Miz vs Crews was really fun. Ambrose vs Harper was decent. I love The Miz messing with Renee and attacking Ambrose after he got laid out by The Wyatts. AJ was killing Ellsworth out there. It was absolutely what he needed to do and credit to Ellsworth for taking a beating. Rhyno Claus was hysterical on Talking Smack.
  10. Yeah but after he was locked out, his reaction was to go "Oh well" and then walk around with his junk out. It's not like he scrambled to get something to cover himself up.
  11. Reigns vs Strowman is at least a fresh direction for Mania. I can't really think of any other combination that I'd like to see more for the RAW red belt.
  12. John Cena vs. Paul London! This match shows that we really missed out on not having more heel John Cena vs. small guy matches. Paul London is so good here too.
  13. I already mentioned that I can see Sasha moving into a feud with the returning Emmalina. Something to keep her busy until Mania season. The booking of Bayley hasn't been great but they did shoot a decent angle at Survivor Series for her and Charlotte but then decided to extend Charlotte/Sasha for one more PPV. It's an easy feud to heat back up. WWE likes their narratives and Bayley going from that documentary shot of watching the other 3 Horsewomen from backstage at Mania to taking the gold from Charlotte at this year's Mania is a story they'd probably like to tell.
  14. It got them to the point where their matches could headline RAW and do well in the ratings.
  15. Sasha is probably going to feud with Emmalina. That's fresh. Charlotte vs Bayley hasn't been done to death either. That's two good feuds that can happen. Mania will probably be another 3 way with Bayley in Becky's place. Perhaps that's when you pull the trigger on the Sasha heel turn? That's really the only way that Sasha vs Bayley works. Them facing off as friends would be garbage.
  16. When did Ric Flair pass the torch to Booker T? Was this some Russo Nitro bullshit? Did this happen in TNA? What the heck was he talking about?
  17. I fully expect opinions to be split on Charlotte vs Sasha as always. I thought the work was solid to start and excellent by the end. I'm sure some people will disagree with the booking but I don't like to hold that against the wrestlers. The limb work by Charlotte would make her father proud. That's a proper dissection of a knee. Not sure where I'd place it in their series. The tag opener was a lot of fun. It's impossible for Cesaro and Sheamus not to have a good match these days. Felt like everything else was just kinda there.
  18. That's what TNA should be in 2017. CWF Mid Atlantic with better production values, The Hardys, and a couple more names.
  19. I thought it was great especially given the fact that they had to fill two hours. As previously mentioned, Edwards and Lashley were actually having a heck of a match before they went outside.
  20. What sense would AJ vs Harper make? They set someone up that AJ can beat on a Smackdown that barely anyone will see.
  21. Woods has been really good this year when given the opportunity. It's not like he was bad before but he was often positioned as the weak link. This year he's been presented at least as Kofi's equal on the team. There was a point where I would have been worried about him post-New Day but I think he'll be a valuable midcarder whenever that day comes.
