Cody challenged Okada to a match at the US G1 specials. So unless they do something like Cody/Omega on Night 1 and the winner faces Okada on Night 2, I don't think that's going to happen. I don't see two IWGP Heavyweight Championship matches on both nights, either. The main event for the first night will probably be a a multi-person tag team match.

Orange is the New Black S5 went up a few days ago (yesterday?) and I've already binged through the entire season. Didn't even mean to, I thought there was like 2 or 3 more episodes left after what turned out to be the season finale. So, I'm finally watching Dr. Strange in HD but that's not why I'm in this thread.This is probably the best season of OITNB so far. Some really powerful stuff mixed in with it's usual comedy. MVP of the season is definitely Danielle Brooks (Taystee). I've also been making my way through a lot of missed episodes of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. For reference, the last episode I watched was the crossover with New Girl. So, that gives you an idea on how many episodes I've missed Still one of the funniest shows on TV, great ensemble cast for a network comedy too. Quickly running out of TV to watch, and my vacation is coming up in about 2 weeks. I might actually be forced to go out into the real world, noooo~!

I like how on some parts of the internet, they're roasting the trailer - not because of any of the actual content - but because it's a mostly all-black cast and it (GASP) uses hip-hop music in the teaser. Other people are complaining, not about the actual music, but that you only hear the white dude's voice (El-P) instead of the black guy (Killer Mike). FFS. For what it's worth, that looks like a really fun movie and I know nothing about the Black Panther comics. Like, not even a little bit. Oh, and this got released today. Feige confirms we won't be seeing the spider bite or the death of Uncle Ben because "we've all seen that before". I'm pretty sure I had a bet with someone on here about that.

Morley cigarettes are just a fictional brand that's used in a shitload of movies, TV shows and other stuff (even an Afroman music video). Also, most people seem to think Tim Roth will play an aged version of Phillip Jeffries.

It should also be noted that Sonny Jim was blinking backwards in the car. I don't know what that means for anything in this show, but as we know, speaking and moving backwards like that is a signature of the Red Room.

I'm just going to give up trying to understand what's going on and just enjoy the ride. I'll probably go back and bingewatch everything when the series is done. There's only two things I know for sure: Evil Coop isn't just any Black Lodge spirit - it's BOB inside of there. And the kid at the end of tonight's episode is a member of the Horne family, as noted in the credits. More specifically, digging around on r/TwinPeaks, he's credited as Richard Horne. Which is weird, considering the Giant in the first episode mentioned "Richard & Linda" to Coop. Hmmm.... I still get the feeling Good Coop is in 2003. They made it painfully obvious to show Apple products in the FBI/Air Force scenes, and then earlier in the episode (the Dougie timeframe scenes), a Blackberry and Windows XP was shown.

Nah, I'm pretty sure it's Sarah Palmer. For one, she was one of the few people in Twin Peaks who could see BOB/Black Lodge spirits, and two she's an alcoholic. She would be on the FBI's radar, or at least Cole and Rosenfield's, because they know first hand all of that information from their time spent in Twin Peaks 25 years ago. Why would the FBI enlist Cooper's secretary from the 90s for a case like this? Might as well go get his personal doctor too, while we're at it. I think the Diane theory is mainly people wanting to put a face to the name. Many want it to be Laura Dern - I rather her play an aged Annie, myself.

I officially have no idea what's going on after watching Parts 3 & 4. It's wonderfully weird and amazing. I can't connect the dots to much of anything, every new episode shatters my previous theories I had. Kinda bummed that next week's episode is only one part. 2 hours barely feels like enough, god knows what an hour is going to do to my brain.

Infinity War will be Black Widow's 6th appearance on film. She's supposedly on a film-to-film contract unlike people like Evans or RDJ. If they haven't pulled the trigger on a solo film by now, and Carol Danvers' debut is fast approaching and will overtake Widow's status as the #1 female in the MCU... I can see it happening, for sure. The more likely scenario is Chris Evans, but I feel like that's too obvious and everyone will expect it. But I remember a lot of people expecting him to die in Civil War, too, so...

I would honestly take Lawler over JBL at this point.

We've had this discussion before and I'm pretty sure no one agreed with me that Dusty was fucking awful at commentary, but to each their own I guess. It always seemed to me that he was just out there to hear his own voice and ignored everyone else at the desk. I remember watching some random crusierweight matches from, I don't know, Pro or Saturday Night, and he was unbearable.

See, I don't get that argument. The same case is being made on Reddit too, that Booker T is at least entertaining while Otunga is just bad. Where as I think Booker T is just flat out horrible, and Otunga is at least tolerable. Booker reminds me of Dusty Rhodes on commentary in the sense that he doesn't really bring anything to the desk besides catchphrases, quotable lines and jibberish, while leaving the real legwork to the other two guys sitting with him.

Apparently he was booked to wrestle tonight but showed up injured and his replacement was Snitsky.

In news that really kills my interest, but will likely make a lot of people here happy - Booker T is staying longer than thought on commentary for RAW, and will be there until the end of Summer.
