Funniest, Silliest Moments in Wrasslin'!

THIS BOARD TOUGH, JUST LIKE JAPANESE WRESTLER. -
Jos teamed with Mad Dog in his retirement match. Not sure if they ever did more than that...

Gordman and Goliath.

That's a good one. Very underrated, they'd probably pull a couple upsets in the early rounds.....of this make believe tournament. Swap in Jos LeDuc for Butcher and they'd make a few more waves. Or put in Rick Martel (who was billed from Montreal in the AWA and WWF, I believe) and LeDuc, and drop the Rougeaus. The Rougeaus can join Team Nashville, since they are All-American Boys. Martel, Jos, the Rougeaus and Dino Bravo would be a pretty kick-ass 80s Montreal group. Team Lutte.

Team Honolulu: Ricky Steamboat, KING CURTIS IAUKEA, Akebono, Brian Adams and Buck Zumhofe, who his partners would immediately turn on.
-
Didn't the Masked Superstar hail from Atlanta? Team Moscow: Ivan and Nikita Koloff, Vladimir Kozlov, Alex Koslov, "Professor" Boris Malenko.

*tiny voice* "It's me, your little conscience!"
-
Team Parts Unknown: The Outlaw, the Magnificent M, You take both Monsta Mack and Dan Maff over Low Ki? You mean you don't want that visual of DHS and Homicide dancing with Handsome Jimmy after a big win?
-
Team NYC: Adrian Adonis, Jimmy Valiant, Homicide, Da Hit Squad. This is also a shoo-in for Wackiest Team.

Last weekend in Central Park cheering on our WW leader in her 60K run, looking about trim as I've been since the Clinton administration.

"And I look forward to taking on all challengers who want a shot at this Championsh....Gordon? Gordon, you with us? Gordon?" Clearly he was hyp-mo-tized by Jack's shirt.

If you can handle the quality of a mangled VHS, he wrestled as Rock Hunter later on. Bleached hair and a dark 'tache is still pretty badass. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xt3xc_el-mongol-vs-rock-hunter_sport But did success spoil him?

WCW PPV Memories/Discussion Thread Part 2: Russo's Revenge

Tony Schiavone was so hysterically bitter on that final show. I'll always remember his line about having to put "Steve Regal's" ass over on TV every week. -
Algeria go through on away goals after beating Burkina Faso 1-0. Really harsh on the Stallions.
-
Anyone else amused at how they tried to push Woods for his intelligence and his college degrees while he was out there doing a shuck-and-jive like Rufus R Jones?
-
Anyone who didn't laugh at Vicky going "YEAH YEAH YEAH, CAN'T WRESTLE" on the gurney while they were discussing her condition has no soul. Loved how the main event played out with the Wyatts and the Shield slowly coming to terms with each other. Some beautiful story-telling.

The SO got me a Micro Boom Bluetooth speaker for my birthday and I can definitely recommend it if you're in the market for one. Really sturdy and has very good sound for the price ($30 or so from what I saw online).

"Ah would just LOVE a duck dinner..."

Whatever he says, it will be completely awesome. GRIM VISAGED THUGGEES.
