  1. This raw peaked early with Big E gyrating whilst staring right at Stephanie who was hiding her face. Had me in stitches.
  2. Don't have time to read the whole thread, so hope it hasn't been mentioned already. Anyone see Cena and Roman being split up to run each brand as the man? Then they can lead to the eventual galactico main event as wrestlemania. I'd like them to let the tag titles be defended across both rosters along with the women's title. There is enough depth for a women's tag championship as well, could even dip down to NXT to defend them there too.
  3. What I really liked: Rusev making Kalisto humble with that Accolade. Jericho dieing for our entertainment on those thumbtacks and the subsequent sell job. AJ Styles the human rag doll, he made Reigns look like Lesnar that's how good his bumping was. The fan's Roman's Anoa'ing sign, slightly xenophobic, but genius wordplay nevertheless.
  4. Still looks absolutely terrible, only Hemsworth quoting Jaws got a laugh out of me.
  5. After that main event I'd rather see Charlotte beat the snot out of Stephanie than watch her beat Nattie for the umpteenth time. I'd also rather watch 85 year old Ric Flair out crazy Shane McMahon. Rusev's Accolade on poor little Kallisto has to be the best one he's ever done. Other than that the best Accolade was the one Summer Rae did on Lana, but for different leg related reasons.
  6. Box Office: Independence Day: Resurgence (Jun 24) Captain America: Civil War (May 6) Suicide Squad (Aug 5) X-Men: Apocalypse (May 27) Ghostbusters (Jul 15) Star Trek Beyond (Jul 22) Warcraft (Jun 10) Ice Age: Collision Course (Jul 22) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows (Jun 3) Finding Dory (Jun 17) The BFG (Jul 1) The Angry Birds Movie (May 20) Alice Through The Looking Glass (May 27) Jason Bourne (Jul 29) The Conjuring 2 (Jun 10) My thinking was that ID:R comes out at the perfect time and has that big blockbuster feel and mind numbing special effects that a traditional summer hit always has. Maybe Cap is coming out a tad too early to capitalise on that. Suicide Squad comes out a full 3 months after any other superhero movie and as we saw with Deadpool more mature rated comic movies have the potential to do well, I think this could be the sleeper of the year. It's going to be heavily marketed during the busiest time of the year for movies. I think X-Men comes out too close to Cap to do well. Ghostbusters is going to make a sickening amount of money the first week, then drop off a cliff, same with TMNT and Alice and Conjuring. RT: Captain America: Civil War (May 6) X-Men: Apocalypse (May 27) The BFG (Jul 1) Finding Dory (Jun 17) Suicide Squad (Aug 5) Ice Age: Collision Course (Jul 22) Star Trek Beyond (Jul 22) Independence Day: Resurgence (Jun 24) Jason Bourne (Jul 29) Warcraft (Jun 10) Ghostbusters (Jul 15) The Conjuring 2 (Jun 10) The Angry Birds Movie (May 20) Alice Through The Looking Glass (May 27) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows (Jun 3) With this, everyone seems to splurge over Marvel films and it does look enjoyable so I can see Cap being over 90 easily. X-men pre-sequels have been traditionally rated higher than most comic movies. BFG is the sleeper here as it's another Spielberg adaptation of a childhood memory of mine and a lot of other people. Tintin was ungodly amazing, I expect this to be of the same ilk. The last 5 movies will all be terrible and deserve to be where they are on the list. Tiebreaker: Suicide Squad - 365,000,000.
  7. What's strange about Rusev and Lana now is that a year ago the crowd (men anyway) wanted Lana to turn face and Rusev to stay heel. Now I'd say they would accept Rusev as a face, but not Lana who is now firmly a heel. Rusev's whole run up to Cena was sublime and I weep for the days where I thought he could have a 25 minute main event match with Brock in his future. Instead he got a 5 minute squash on a house show. I hope he bought a nice house like Shannon Moore.
  8. Samoa Joe is the most pro wrestlingest pro wrestler ever. I don't know what I would do or pay for a competitive Lesnar match, but it would be a lot. Also I love the ending to Bayley Asuka, the shock in the room is just like Lesnar breaking the streak.
  9. Fuark! Damn it this one sucks. A real British Treasure.
  10. Didn't realise it was so close to finishing, voted Bayley, kind of want someone to tie it up now though! Duel champs!
  11. It doesn't make sense, but Rusev face turn?
  12. The lack of Chad Gable's suplex from the latest NXT disappoints me.
  13. Didn't crack a smile at that ghostbusters trailer.
  14. Regal's face after that shirt throw was unfuckwithable. Perfectly acted.
  15. There should be a quiz panel show on the network. Have a couple wrestlers, couple legends, couple comedians and Renee as the host. Each episode has a theme. I'd watch that, but not sure if quiz panel shows are purely a British phenomenon. Only American one I know of is Whose Line... Mainly because the E n C show is just terrible. Not even in a so bad it's funny way. It's just bad. You could say it reeks.
  16. Yeah that's weird. Although I was watching an old Raw yesterday and Chyna and Luna's outfits would have made him spontaneously combust. How times have changed.

    The X-Files

The retcon makes sense to me, especially after watching the Jose Chung episode. That's where they discuss humans hoaxing ufo abductions. This way, we have the human faction being the big bad (although their final endgame seems poorly explained at this point) and there is the very real possibility of the actual aliens being in and amongst things as well. All the original cast looked and acted good to me. Liked the Sveta character, doubt that's the last we see of her, not sure yet on Malley. Really looking forward to the MOTW episodes now.
  18. I really hope that synopsis of the Mummy reboot is fake on IMDB, it sounds terrible. I do not want to see 'Navy Seal' Tom Cruise pretending to have visions so he opens a sarcophagus. The visions stuff didn't work in the Fraser trilogy. Moving it forward to present day could be interesting, but it's all just so unnecessary..
  19. So you know that big hoss staredown spot they do every Rumble? Alll WWE have to do is do that spot with Lesnar and Strowman and I will be happy. They'll probably do it with Big Show and Kane like they normally do though.
  20. On the topic of Daniel Bryan, just rewatched the 2014 and 2015 rumbles. Maybe I am paranoid, but it seems to me like some post production has gone on on the audio. Remember the crowd being a lot louder in support of Bryan and booing Batista/Reigns a lot louder too. The reaction is still there, just not as loud as I remember. Especially when Rey came out at number 30. So much wrong with those 2 rumbles, can only hope 2016 will be an improvement.
  21. Rickman, 69. Bowie, 69. Lemmy 4 days after 70th birthday. What is up with the last month fuaaark. Watching Die Hard tonight in tribute.
  22. Makes you wonder what they're going to book at WM32. Cena, Orton, Bryan, Cesaro, Rollins, Sting all injured. Lesnar v Reigns seems like a lock, but what else?
