  1. This is all looks pretty good. I'm especially excited for Ibushi/Kendrick. I'm curious if that restart was planned or if Ibushi fucked up.
  2. Yeah, but I would feel kind of bad murdering Danse or killing all of the RR. Vice Versa with taking out an airship with children on board.
  3. Really? I didn't feel too bad, but that was more because I went the Minutemen route and avoided the worst things. Far Harbor peaceful ending definitely felt dirty.
  4. Not sure why they chose her for Asuka's next challenger. I can think of at least two others who have been around NXT as long and would have worked a lot better. Really though its going to take time to build a worth challenger. This is why it was so damn stupid to bring Nia to the main roster. I understand HHH likely couldn't fight it but still.
  5. Can't agree with that at all. There is grey area with all of the main factions save the Minutemen. Its more a lack of evil options in the main quest. Its pretty much why we have Nuka World. Its to satisfy all the players complaining about there being no option to become raiders or evil because the Institute wasn't evil enough for them.
  6. Was nice getting some history on Walkure in Macross Delta. i am curious why the original two members left, more so the second one considering how long she lasted.
  7. Swann/Dorado was kind of fun, but lacked a needed sense of urgency to make it more. Gulak/ZSJ was damn good. ZSJ looked way better here than in his 1st round match, letting Gulak stretch him in all sorts of ways while showing that defiance. I'm now disappointed they haven't managed to pin him down to contract yet. The same goes for Gulak. I just love how he went into this with something to prove and came so close to taking it. TJP/Gargano was solid enough. I'm not big on either guy yet though I don't dislike them either. I like that Gargano's leg came into play though I wish it had just a bit more.
  8. I've been skimming spoilers since the beta from last week. It seems like a good player can have a pretty short campaign though it also looks like there might be some room for grey area before the cutoff point. Just looking at suggestions from beta players on reddit and watching Bethesda's stream from yesterday it does sound like you want to be a decent bit higher level than 30. The Bethesda guys were dying left and right and they were lv. 50+. Next Tuesday can't come soon enough.
  9. It was, but Bret seems to blame Joe anyways, likely because Kidd is family.
  10. Great find. I heard some about Aja's troubles in the past, but never actually saw anything on it.
  11. Daniel drafted the IC Title. He said that the first time Miz was on the show.
  12. This was a pretty solid show. I'm glad to see the new belts debut and they do look nice. AA/Breezango was good. I'm only disappointed it wasn't the final. AJ/Ziggler was a damn fine match as well. I was not expecting much out of Talking Smack, but damn was Miz fantastic with that promo he cut. I especially loved the uncomfortable feel there was during it and the earlier attack on Nikki.
  13. The direction for the Universal belt felt lazy. I know it won't happen, but I really hope Owens gets the win. I never want see Rollins with a singles belt again. Reigns shouldn't win the big belt again for at least a year. And its way too early for Cass. I wish Sami had won against Rollins. I feel sorry for Smackdown, but Bayley vs. Charlotte is so damn natural a feud and one of the better feuds they did for women in NXT. Where the hell was Nia Jax? I need her destroying more jobbers like Strowman.
  14. You remember correctly.
  15. That doesn't surprise me. I think I recall Brevoort hinting towards that when asked about Dixon not working at Marvel a few years ago.
  16. So I take it you didn't see the segment from the week before where Rusev talked a bunch of shit then backed off when Reigns came down to the ring?
  17. You mean the wedding celebration Rusev was trying to force on the audience to make them jealous? The celebration Reigns might have left alone had Rusev not tried to run away from facing Reigns in the first place? It got personal because it was the only way Reigns could get Rusev to face him. Also not really buying into Reigns should stop because he is the babyface. In general that means little these days. More to the point its also been established that Reigns goes out of control when he sees red. Rusev pushed it into that situation when he decided to brawl before the bell. I guess right now I just don't really see either guy as being much better than the other.
  18. Won't argue against Reigns starting the feud, but I can't really concede anything else. Rusev's actions got his wife humiliated, Rusev started the fight before the bell and got his ass kicked. Why should Reigns have stopped? Its not like Rusev wouldn't have stopped. And why should spearing Rusev in front of Lana matter to Reigns? Its not like she is an innocent Elizabeth type. She was actively pushing for Rusev to crush Reigns.
  19. Why?
  20. That makes some sense, but the way Charlotte drifted back didn't seem to be an accident. I thought she was going for a side slam originally until she just dropped Sasha.
  21. I couldn't tell what the fuck they were going for. I think it was just a stupid spot to try in general.
  22. Sheamus/Cesaro was damn good. Charlotte/Sasha had one of the dumbest fucking spots I've ever seen, and I hope they never fucking do that shit again because I was scared for Sasha after that shit. Aside form that it was great and possibly MOTN. No one giving a damn about Miz/Crew took away from a decent enough match. Cena/AJ was overkill, but built up well before that and served well as an epic defeat for John Cena. AJ winning here felt bigger than him winning the belt probably would have. Placing the match so early was damn stupid though as it seemed to completely kill the crowd until Brock/Orton. Damn near everything after just couldn't bring the crowd to life at all. I think a lot of the matches were actually better than they seemed, but that dead crowd just made it hard to get into anything. Reigns/Rusev brawl was nice, but again poorly placed considering the planned finish for the main event. That shit should have happened way earlier in the show. Finn/Rollins was better than expected. Glad Finn won though I was really hoping for the Club to help. It is interesting that the former Bullet Club members won all of their matches. Lesnar/Orton was what I expected. I enjoyed it well enough. I'm mixed not he finish. Its nice to have something different though I'm not sure it was right for the main event.
  23. I did not realize that was out yet. Will have to check it out.
  24. I love Kairi, but I'm afraid of both those options being true the way she throws herself at people. It was a cool finish to a fine match though.
  25. The first three matches were decent with a great crowd helping a lot in the case of Almas/Roode & Aries/Jose. Kay/Ember would have probably been more effective at Full Sail. Revival vs. Gargano/Ciampa was so great and possibly up there with the AA/Revival matches. I think its the best Gargano & Ciampa's team has looked in NXT though it was more a world class performance by Revival that really pushed it into the next level. Asuka/Bayley didn't have the best execution, but was pretty good though the ending was just a pinch flat. I think this was better than their Dallas match and easily one of the best women's matches this year in WWE, but I can't but think it oculd have been better. it doesn't help that I was really hoping that Asuka would let less and go full bitch heel. Still a good match and what is likely a nice sendoff for Bayley. Joe/Nakamura was second only to the tag titles match. Its another where it felt like something was missing to put it tot the next level, but I was still pretty darn satisfied by what we got. This was a good show and I'm looking forward to seeing where NXT goes from here.
