  1. Got in about an hour and half ago, but couldn't get past the TV rating before it buffered like crazy. Tried it again about 30 minutes ago and it was streaming smoothly. Can't wait to get home to watch Brock and Cena die for my entertainment before ODing on War Games!
  2. Billing options page is loading sooooooo sloooooooooow.
  3. Pretty sure when Drax killed Thanos he wasn't saving him. Thanos was more or less screwing around helping out Annihilus for his amusement. Besides Thanos was pretty damn happy about it. He actually was saving him(and the rest of the universe, as well). Drax killed him when Thanos was trying to release Galactus from the bomb that Annihilus put on him.
  4. So I just saw a Mac 'n' Cheese commercial with Vanilla Ice stocking shelves while doing "Go Ninja Go!" with some mom getting down with him as her kid looks on all annoyed. I honestly had to watch it again to make sure my mind wasn't fucking with me.
  5. So they established the Nova Corps, eh? I want Richard FUCKING Rider in the Marvel movie-verse now. Make it happen, Marvel!!!!
  6. I'd rather move the franchise forward than rehash the same old shit over and over again. There's a lot of young mutants with interesting power-sets that could be utilized in a new cartoon instead of doing basically the same thing for the fourth time.
  7. Hell, just adapt Academy X(sans kids getting blown up by the Purifiers). It's going to ignore the comic continuity to begin with so you can ignore House of M and Decimation and just focus on the core group of kids working to become X-Men.
  8. Meh, ignoring the movies, you could do another X-Men series without going the crappy W&TXM route.
  9. I went and saw Robocop after work on a whim fully expecting to hate it and... I really liked it. Could've done without Sam Jackson's constant LOUD TALKING, but that's a minor nitpick. Might go catch it again once I finally go see The Lego Movie.
  10. That didn't really stop them from making two Avengers series.
  11. Gundam Build Fighters is really fun and the actual fights are pretty damn good to boot. Would like to see a few more older models like Zeta or RX-78 2 pop up every now and then, but that's just a minor thing.
  12. The casket match is listed on the 2/13 spoilers, so that's probably the feud-ender unless I completely blanked on them being booked for Lockdown.
  13. The people who post on the X-Books board there are a wee bit crazy.
  14. http://houston.cbslocal.com/2014/01/31/renaldo-wynn-gregg-williams-had-opposing-playbooks-before-facing-teams/ Yeah, I'm kinda seeing red right now.
  15. Maybe she finds creepy potential axe-murdering rapists sexy? Shit looked like something re-created for an Investigation Discovery show.
  16. This is exactly how I feel about this Avengers run, I wanted to care so much, but I just couldn't. Infinity was the last straw for me, it was just so unfocused and over written. It just so much plot with so little character progression. I slogged through Infinity last week and it just felt like nothing worthwhile ever happened.
  17. Too much goddamn talking on this show. Everything up to Roode/Angle was so inane that I just mentally checked out and never got back into it.
  18. I'd like to see the Nessler/Blackledge team be the main SEC Network announcers, personally. Musburger has been really bad these last few years and I'd rather just see him put out to pasture instead of stinking up my TV more.

    2014 NFL DRAFT

I think he benefited from having the best pass-rushers on his own team as he looked a bit shaky in spots when the DL got to him on occasion. Still, it was a very good performance. Can't wait to see him in the Senior Bowl practices. Also, I have to say that the draftniks on Twitter are pretty funny. So much outrage when McCarron declined, but barely a peep when a lot of the other big names bowed out.
  20. Love the Dr. Doom dig at the end. Wish we had the DnA Guardians line-up, though.
  21. I just don't see how Gotham is going to work without them changing damn near everything about the mythos. Also, werewolves are my favorite monsters and I try to give any show with them a shot, but this Bitten show on Syfy looks pretty terrible just from the pilot episode.
  22. Soooooooo, Dorell Green-Beckum stupidly got busted with a lot of weed and Ed Orgeron will possibly be the new 'Bama DL coach. Man, if you'd have told me last year at this time that Nick Saban would kick off 2014 with both Lane Kiffin and Ed Orgeron on-staff, I'd call you crazy.
  23. Mutual parting of ways between Saban and him. This has been in the works since before the bowl game. Nuss was brought in specifically to develop AJ as a quarterback and the downfield passing attack, and to those ends, I'd say he was successful. However, it was often clear that he and Saban weren't on the same page philosophically, and it was just never going to last. There have been certain games over the past two years (vs. Georgia last year, vs. LSU this year, as examples )where the offense was so radically different after halftime, it was obvious Saban had wrung Nuss's neck and probably threatened to fire him on the spot if he didn't start running the ball. Now, with AJ on his way to the NFL and a new QB who's likely going to need a lot of babying next season, it just made sense to part ways now. As far as his ability to utilize incredible tightends effectively...well...I'd say he underutilized OJ Howard pretty much all year. 0 catches against Oklahoma in the bowl game. I found his playcalling near the end of the Iron Bowl pretty bad, personally. Especially on the next to last drive when Auburn was selling out to stop the run and they ran the same play twice, getting stuffed both times.
  24. Hubcap can eat a bag of dicks, but that story is true..
