My dude, you were not lying, it took me like 20 minutes to properly land my ship the first time. This is going to take some work.

Maybe Dallas will do something? He was part of the title team.

Darius Bazley, a top-10 recruit in the class of 2018 and McDonalds All-American, has decommitted from Syracuse and will instead play in the D League next year. He is, by a fairly wide margin, the highest profile player to do so. I'll be interested to see how it works out and whether more people follow his example.

Steve Nash, Grant Hill, and Jason Kidd are all getting HOF nods this year. ETA: Mo Cheeks, too.

Games UPCOMING VIDEO GAMES TALK (2018 & Beyond)
Zimbra replied to RIPPA's topic in COMPUTERS & GAMES & TECH
They've patched NMS into being a really enjoyable game, especially if you like exploration/survival stuff. Red Faction Guerilla is getting an HD re-Mars-tered (their bad pub, not mine) edition for PC, PS4, and XBone. The PC version will be free for owners of the original game. -
Games UPCOMING VIDEO GAMES TALK (2018 & Beyond)
Zimbra replied to RIPPA's topic in COMPUTERS & GAMES & TECH
Part of the beef is that Ubi PR was pushing that this game would really have something to say, which was not borne out by the actual game. -
Nike (probably) gave Marvin Bagley's family a whole lot of money. I'm torn on how to react because on the one hand I'm all in favor of paying players by whatever means necessary, but on the other I'm all in favor of seeing bad things happen to Duke basketball.

Game Deals and Subscriptions 2017... err... 2018 now
Zimbra replied to Cliff Hanger's topic in COMPUTERS & GAMES & TECH
Nice, Mad Max is a game I've almost bought four or five times, looking forward to actually giving it a try. -
Games UPCOMING VIDEO GAMES TALK (2018 & Beyond)
Zimbra replied to RIPPA's topic in COMPUTERS & GAMES & TECH
Mostly it boils down to the game trying to avoid making any kind of commentary on its own subject matter and having an aggressively dumb ending. -

On the one hand, it sure sounds like they screwed up the story. On the other, why would you expect anything else from a Far Cry game? Gameplay still sounds dope and i'll pick it up when it's under $25. -

This is the other side of the Faustian bargain the Warriors made to get productive minutes from Javale and Swaggy P.

Mike Bibby, playground killa.

There is a non-zero chance that this is another scheme for Thiel to harvest the blood of the young, so he might actually be interested in this.
-
Hey @Cliff Hanger I saw you were playing Elite:Dangerous the other day. How's the PS4 version? $12 seems like a good price point for me to fart around in space.

I have to imagine a lot of candidates will stay away from Louisville until they figure out exactly how cornholed they're going to get by the NCAA.

"We’re going to be a respectful team that respects the flag and the national anthem. All those things from culture is what we’re about. It’s who we’re going to be" Nobody tell him what the whole 'Rebels' thing is about. Fucking dolt.

I hope I never get tired of this joke.

The ComingToAmerica Comes to America Thread
Zimbra replied to Ryback Hates Bullies's topic in LAND OF CONFUSION
My only advice is to go to as many National Parks as you can. -
Well, that one hurt. But I'm still happy for Marshall. It's really sad the degree to which WSU is destroying its reputation in order to get Koch money.

Even Wong is on the poster. -
Has anyone fucked up their own program as badly as Pitt did without NCAA sanctions being involved?

Tell him you're going to a conference about how to synergize backwards overflows in a Lean context and then go to the bar and watch basketball all day.

Skip Bayless' best quality is his boundless ability to own himself in public. I didn't get to see the game last night, how sweaty was Sean Miller? On a scale from Sahara to tsunami?
