I have not seen the movie but I know DDP sounds like he's trying to sell you aluminum siding even when he's at his most sincere. I'll hold my opinion until I've watched it, but he'd have to be a real douchebag to take advantage of his friends like that.

I liked Sheamus/Ambrose and Kalisto's win. I hope they don't just switch the title back on Smackdown. Good to see Brock back. He always adds a sense of chaos to the proceedings.

The Rumble being for the title is an easy way to introduce any of these guys. "Look who it is, Maggle! We got performers from all over the world signing up for this once in a lifetime opportunity at the title!"

I really hope they don't have HHH win the Rumble. Or Reigns for that matter. I kind of want their deal far away from the title and this is as good a chance as any to do that.

If Bryan isn't going to be in the Rumble, they should definitely have him come out and say it ahead of time. Otherwise, they run the risk of some dodos booing every entry no matter how good they are.

Hannibal Buress of all people was Wrestle Kingdom 10 and did some live tweeting about it, mostly criticisms of the music.

Does he even use the arm bar as a finish anymore? So far I'll I've seen is that terrible double stomp and a superkick or two.

I agree with about half of that list which is much better than WWE usually does.

I think most people want another title because it would give the undercard direction when really competent writing would be good enough. Also, the only time NXT should have a secondary title is if they repeat the Taz/Sabu FTW Title story. Corbin walking around with his own "real" belt would really put him over the top. Edit: Oh! He could refuse to defend it against flippy, internet guys. Instant heat!

Favourite part of Flair and Jeff Hardy was Ric describing how good the TLC spot with Kalisto was, but not understanding at all what was happening in it.

I loved the show. Thought Emma, Asuka, and Joe were the highlights. I do think it was too early to have Nia Jax lose though. Not that Bayley should've either. The whole thing felt too rushed, I guess. Good match, but I think it would've been better on the next special with more build.

I don't really blame her and it was obvious that she didn't really give a shit about wrestling. The constant trashing, misogynistic stuff thrown her way was way out of hand. If you don't like her, that's fine. She was certainly didactic and self-righteous but she wasn't causing anybody any harm. She was a co-host on a wrestling podcast and she barely spoke, big fucking deal. She certainly didn't warrant the vitriol spewed her way. I once went out with a woman who was semi in the limelight in certain circles, nothing big but known, and the shit she had to put up with just for existing was astonishing.

If Roman beats Sheamus and Big E wins the Rumble, I can promise they would get my money.

The best part about NXT is that no matter what card they put up in Dallas it'll be a barn burner. If you told me today that the main event was Enzo/Cass vs Dudleys I'd be psyched. Same match at Wrestlemania proper and I'd have my doubts.

Emma squeaking out a win to set up a grudge match is one thing. Trading wins on a weekly basis is another. I can also see the benefit of keeping Asuka an unbeatable monster though. Her vs Jax will be an interesting match when it happens and the more stakes the better.

I may be in the minority, but after Asuka dominating as much as she has I kind of want Emma to squeak out a cheap win. It would up Emma's heel game with a healthy dose of arrogance, plus the rematch would be filled with even more hate.

Kayfabe wise is there any reason a wrestler should keep competing after he's won the briefcase? He's already got his title shot, why risk the injury? In fact, Owens with Money in the Bank just stalking the champ and not wrestling (on tv, much) would be a cool change of pace and would make the case actually mean something.
