Wade has stated he's stepping out of the Rumble for a legend to take his spot. The clue was voodoo. The notion that a wrestler would give up his chance to fight for a title shot at Wrestlemania for ANYBODY to take their place is pretty stupid. If I were Wade, I'd really start speaking up for myself more, consequences be dammed.

Loving all manner of Podcasts at the moment. I really liked Jericho's with Bret. Austin really needs to do his follow up with Bret, ideally going into their feud. Bret's book was excellent in covering that period, and I'd like him and Austin to go through it together. I don't find Colt bitter to be honest. Although he seems more at home with indy wrestlers than the likes of Scot Hall, Austin etc.

This is what I'm thinking. Look at all the game PR he just did. Even when people would bring up negative elements he's been very critical of, he was in PR mode. I can't see this being much different. Should still be good though. I think the bigger question is will he be in face paint? And as much as I'd like to see him do a running to the ring spot at Mania, all you have to do is watch him run to the ring in Spain 2008 to see it's not a pretty sight anymore - and that was 6 years ago on a much smaller aisle... If Warrior were to run to the ring, pull a muscle and collapse in agony whilst the camera roll and his theme music blares, a big part of my childhood would die.

Have you ever thought about reviewing old shows on a consistent basis? I loved it when Power Slam did the complete history of PPV articles for a modern and more informed look on old shows. Obviously you couldn't run the same idea, but perhaps you could review random house shows from over he year which are lucky enough to be on film. Or just an article on house show rarities? There's been enough great stuff out there on tape which has never been commercially released. I'm sure many would get a kick out of it.
