I think you can still purchase themes for your PS4, but I hate that both consoles these last couple of generations has charged you for those things.

The review I read for it said the best mode was probably the least Star Wars mode of the bunch. It was like a scramble version of Control in Destiny.

The latest PS4 update also screwed up the Live from Playstation section, which I loved going through while I was board and was too lazy to load up Twitch elsewhere. I have heard the XBone Dash, or well earlier iterations of it was a lot more frustrating than the one on 360. I am curious to see the populist opinions on it once the new one launches later this year. I'll eventually be getting an Xbox One, but I am in no hurry to get one due to there not being a lot to separate the two consoles game-wise for me.

I have had relatively little issues with PSN, which has surprised me. My biggest issue with the console is probably the menu layout and how disorganized it seems at times. I also do not like how the Playstation Store is laid out... especially if you're just looking for either PS Plus Freebies or Flash Sale games. I think by and large the game library on PS4 right now between current and upcoming games is the better of the two consoles. PS Plus is the only advantage the Playstation has over Xbox. Almost everything else is either equal or better on Xbox. PSN just isn't as good as Xbox Live. Xbox Live makes everything about multiplayer gaming easy and efficient. PSN and their interface just makes things harder than it needs to be. I don't understand people who think the PS4 library is better than the XBone. Because, the main reason I got a PS4 at the time despite never owning a PS3 was it being $100 less at launch. Also, there's not a lot of great and proven IP on the Xbox One at the moment. The main thing that interests me there is Halo 5 and the Gears stuff. I am bummed that I never got to play Titanfall, but the next installment is going to be released on both consoles. The rare collection seemed like a cool release, but I have not heard many people talk about it.

I do not know if anyone else will go along with this, but Breeze/Crews might be your under 10 minute match of the year. That match was tremendous. Breeze brought intensity and fire that we have yet to see him bring and did a great job of heeling it up in spots. I really shut off the wrestling critic part of my brain and just loved every minute of this show. It may be my favorite show of the year, honestly.

Not suspended, he gone: That's what I meant. I am just so used to throwing the word "suspended" around.

Yeah, they had released the Beta early for reviewers and I think preorders. I never checked my wife's email to see if they emailed her a code. I did not have time to play it anyways yesterday.

With the Battlefront Beta going live today, I thought now would be a good time to start a thread, and why not allow people to talk other Star Wars games as well for those maybe revisiting something. I plan on at least downloading the Beta tonight. For the most part, I avoid betas just because I already don't like how disorienting the PS4 Library function is.

...aaaannnddd the rumor I heard on Monday was true. Duke Williams got suspended for getting in a fight at Skybar. What is it about Skybar that makes idiots always want to fight there?

I think the main things not streaming is their newer stuff, but you do get the true Criterion stuff with it and even some of the Eclipse/Janus Films stuff too I believe. Given some of my blind spots, it's something I've invested in a couple of times, but I have a hard time fitting in any movie these days.

The correct answer is the person who should have been fired when Chizik was fired. Jay Jacobs. Between all of his hiring failures, this football season, and the Sunny Galloway debacle, it's time for him to no longer be AD. Also, he can't hang his hat on Bruce Pearl because Pearl has yet to prove anything and could be a bust at Auburn as well. Although, I am very optimistic about basketball this year. I think we have an outside chance to make the tournament this year.

The pop for Enzo and Cass at the start of the event was pretty loud too.

50% off Blu Rays on Criterion's site today. If you took advantage of their $10 credit through Facebook, that makes some of their films cost you $10.

The S2 opener, even taking into account the "new career in a new town" switchup, still managed to set new what-the-fuckery record levels: The Simon in the Desert guy on the pillar. The epileptic daughter running naked through the woods with her friends. THE GODDAMN GOAT SACRIFICE IN THE RESTAURANT. And the "Perfect Strangers" brick joke. Let the bad times roll... For a show that struggled to get renewed last year, I thought it was pretty bold to go with that opening. I mean. I know that's what Lindelof is famous for by welcoming you back through disorientation, but that opening prologue really had me worried about what bleakness I was in for the rest of the episode. Thankfully, it was fairly toned down afterwards. Many questions.

The bad thing is that the calls for Malzahn's job will only intensify as this year progresses, and it will take a lot for me to support it. I honestly think you give him another year with Muschamp being able to establish some of his defensive talent and then basically say "compete in this conference next year or else."

I think Requiem for a Dream fits that bill for me. I may watch it again some day when I revisit all of Aronofsky's catalog, but it definitely was an unsettling film when I saw it 10 years ago or whenever that was.

I'll probably pick up the remaining 2015 shows I don't have on Black Friday. They normally run a 4 for 40 deal around then.
-
Well, thanks for last season Duke Williams. Thanks for your poor attitude costing you a high draft pick.

I thought Bill Simmons tweet about Ross was pretty accurate. Ross steered Harbaugh to go to Michigan instead of going to the team that he owned. Baffling.

That's definitely a long band name. It also sounds like the title to an Explosions in the Sky song or album. Yes, I have made two posts unintentionally referencing thatband.

I am surprised more people have not praised that Shibata/Naito match. Those two guys used their time effectively, and Naito continues to be a great heel. I also liked the subtlety of the ref giving Shibata more leeway after Naito shoved him down to the mat.

YOUR 2015 INTERNET MATCHES OF THE YEAR THREAD
Chaos replied to DEAN's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
Lucha has always been a big blind spot for me, but I enjoyed this. You could feel the stakes here even more so than in other Mascara vs. Mascara matches I have seen. -
Does that mean that it is going to air on PPV here, or is the English option going to be available through NJPW World?
-
They're going to accomplish that by having Jericho inexplicably go over Owens on Saturday.
