    Why? Marvel Studios put out terrible shit like Iron Man 2 and Iron Man 3. It's not like they have a perfect track record. There is one good Iron Man film. There are two good X-Men films and one that is alright. The biggest piece of shit in the franchise was Rattner's baby which is being retconned. Marvel sure knows how to make money but so does Michael Bay with Transformers. I will take quality over popularity every time. Marvel needs to start doing a better job with these solo films. Even Thor: Dark World which was solid/fun falls into the "forgettable" category.

    Yes but I'm trying to remember the last time the East was deeper than the West and it's not coming to me. Maybe 1998 or something.. I'd have to check. It's been forever. The Celtics made a run at the finals with Paul Pierce and ANTOINE WALKER in the early 2000's. Those Nets teams were crap. Iverson brought a fairly terrible Sixers team to the finals. LeBron's Cleveland team had no shot against San Antonio either.. I mean at least they have a couple REAL teams in Miami and Indiana but ugh... Even so.. Celts in the playoffs makes me happy right now especially after all those Knicks fans were talking major shit last season.

    Listening to the FAN, I can't believe these Yankee fan callers really think that Cano cares about playing in New York and there is this idea that Cano would have made up the difference in endorsements? Really? I don't even remember Cano having many endorsements the whole time he was in New York and even so... We are not talking about a $65M difference. We are talking more like $90M+ considering there is no state income tax. No way he makes that up in New York. Also... this idea that he will be playing in no man's land. Maybe that's what he wants? Maybe he just doesn't care? As for the winning... listen, the A's do a great job of contending every year but they are not some unbeatable juggernaut. the Angels are a mess. All the M's have to do is improve some and hope Texas falls off a bit.. it's not impossible to make the playoffs in that division. Plus, now there's also a second wild card to shoot for.

    I don't even understand what's going on in the Terminator universe anymore. I watched Terminator: Salvation and while it was okay... I was kind of tired when I watched it and I don't really understand what happened. Did it write out Terminator 3?

    He was already SUPERMAN. He just didn't have the suit. Clark's heart to heart conversations with Pa is some of the best shit in any comic book film. Costner owned. I will concede that the script is the worst part about the film but I still don't think it's bad. It's just not great. Now.. Snyder.. he receives all kinds of hate and I'll say it for the third time. NOBODY could have done a better job with this film than him. Snyder is so fucking underappreciated it's unbelievable.

    I'm still not seeing where Clark in this film is all "the world is fucked, can't do anything about it" or was TOLD what to do. Nobody told him go save those kids on the bus. He just did it and believed it was the right thing to do because he's Superman and as for your other complaint... We see Superman saving people throughout the film but because there weren't a couple shots of him saving people near the end you take this EXTREME viewpoint to where he doesn't give a shit.. How many times do we need to see him saving people before you would have been satisfied? I don't get it. Let me ask you this... was this really a Fantastic Four or Wolverine: Origins (remember Deadpool LOL?) kind of film? Because that's how some are treating it and it's baffling.

    It's because I've never seen a movie picked apart quite like Man of Steel. The complaints are all very minor gripes and shit that if it wasn't a Superman film (or Snyder film) would be overlooked. "Oh how come he didn't pick up Zod and fly them away" It's stupid and beyond nitpicking. The movie is not perfect but Christ... it is still very well made. Very well made. It's beautifully shot. The acting is good. The action is 10/10. The script is "ok", I wouldn't say perfect but it's not even close to a badly written film.. This was not a Fantastic Four or Green Lantern or theatrical cut of Daredevil, X-Men: The Last Stand, Wolverine: Origins or Iron Man sequel, etc.. type of situation. Those movies were either extremely poorly written and/or acted or COMPLETELY changed everything about the characters to a point where they were not even recognizable. I've countered every gripe a bunch of times and it always comes back to just severe nitpicking. I asked "give me a director that would have done a better job" and no answers.

    All 3 Batman films were at least "good"... The Dark Knight is tremendous. Man of Steel was fucking great. Green Lantern sucked. 4/5 isn't bad.

    Not the only way. But the most successful way. I would like to see more in-depth analysis on this because my theory is that without Downey Jr.'s Iron Man... none of this is nearly as successful. Not that Cap or Thor were failures or anything but they were not crazy numbers.. Thor did $450M worldwide and Cap did $370M. Then Avengers comes out and blows everything away. Iron Man 3 had a crazy bump but Thor also had a nice bump. Avengers is what did it and Downey is the guy putting asses in seats.

    Trailer didn't blow me away. There weren't any real "holy shit!" moments. I don't know, we'll see. I'm more hyped for Days of Future Past. That has the potential to be either really good or just terrible. I feel the new Spider-Man will fall somewhere between "okay" and "slightly better than ok"

    Not watching live. The WWE has done their absolute best to make sure that never got seen again. at 10:02 As much fun in that match was seeing the crowd viciously turn on Trish and booing her every breath. It's weird going back and watching some of that stuff, as a kid I don't think I ever paid attention to crowds- for instance I never noticed how much people hated Hogan at King of the Ring until I watched the match again last year. It's funny how crazy behind Mickie everyone was. People love Mickie's crazy behind.

    Nah, Eva Marie adds a lot to the show and by that I mean she's super great to look at. My favorite "TOTAL DIVA" is Naomi/Trinity. She is fucking awesome in every way. USO is an easy MVP candidate. He's great too.
