  1. C'mon, Razor & New Jack's kills were justifiable homicides.
  2. I've seen so many people ask about RVD today. Why would he be on the roster? Hasn't been under contract for a year, doesn't have a Legends deal as far as I know, and doesn't start to interact with Austin until the Invasion (which I assume they're not going to cover in Showcase). Hall & Guerrero are weird omissions, I'll admit. Piper & Dusty haven't been in a WWE game in a while, right? I think they'll be in next year, no real reason to include them this time, beyond having passed away this year. And most of these characters are included because of the interaction with Austin over the span of his career, and Piper & Dusty didn't have much contact with him. If the argument for Road Dogg to be included is that Billy Gunn is in the game - it's his 2001 Rumble attire, and he was in the final six. Road Dogg was released not too much later, I believe. So, again, no real reason for him to be in the game beyond the DX stuff in the late 90s - but the version of DX he was in didn't really feud with Austin, until you get to Austin's 2000 comeback, and even then it was mainly beatdowns, not matches. Would the Dudleyz be DLC? I guess 2K can still scan them for character models, but it seems really close to the release date for that. Not like they can reuse a previous model either, they haven't been in a WWE game in almost a decade probably. Obviously the most wanted character is US Flag pants Sandman. EDIT: I'm going to take a wild guess and say the Showcase ends at WrestleMania X-7. Kind of odd they don't have an era approiate model for Rock, actually.
  3. Womens DLC: Sasha, Charlotte, Becky, Bayley and Dana Brooke NXT DLC: Joe, Rhyno, Blake & Murphy w/ Alexa That's 5 each, it could happen. Have it up and ready to go on release day and I'm all in.
  4. There's only 12 divas on that roster, and none of them are currently in NXT besides Eva Marie (and I guess Emma?). And the total character count is over 120 if the models for people like 'Taker, etc. are counted as seperate slots on the roster menu, a little less if they're counted as one slot under the main character. I'm still hopeful this isn't the final roster, or maybe people like Charlotte, Becky, Sasha, Bayley, etc. are unlockables or something? EDIT: Someone on Reddit (I know, I know) suggested that maybe they're a part of a Divas Revolution pack, with an NXT DLC pack to follow with guys like Joe and... really, who else would be in an NXT pack with Joe? I think a DLC with all of the NXT divas, and a stand-alone DLC just for Joe is a good way to do it. Have it on release day or something like that.
  5. If we're going the Knockout route, I think Awesome Kong is better suited than either of those three. At least for me, when the KO division was absolutely on fire, the first woman I thought of was Kong.
  6. I can't wait to destroy Haku with Baron Corbin. Here's the full roster for MonteCarl, because I agree - IGN is shit.
  7. Personally, I don't think Nikki will lose it until WrestleMania. Whether that person turns out to actually be Eva Marie, or someone else, who knows. But, yeah, AJ's record will be broken, and extended by Nikki. It makes more sense for her to lose it at a high profile PPV and give someone a good rub from it, then to just end it at fucking Night of Champions. And that person should be Becky Lynch or Sasha Banks, not Paige or Charlotte or anyone else. My personal choice would be Becky, because she's awesome. Even if it does seem like she botches a ton of spots every time she's in the ring now.
  8. This, so much this. I don't like Cena, but I don't think he has anything to do with this. They like erasing people from the record books when they leave the company - see 2004, when Orton beat ______ and became the youngest champion in WWE history, and that erased Lesnar's record. All for, what, a month long reign before Orton lost the belt to Triple H? It's so petty but that's wrestling.
  9. Eva Marie is main eventing and her match needs more time, so the 8 man Tables match will get bumped to the pre-show.
  10. I'll keep this short, because if I go into detail, this post will turn into a 5 paragraph story and I just don't want to do that. So, long story short - August 31st, that night, my mom intentionally overdosed on Baclofen, a muscle relaxer prescibed for her Multiple Sclerosis. Some 5 or 6 hours later, she's been without oxygen to her brain for far too long. She ended up in the ER, then moved to the ICU, where a day later she had seizures every few hours, and was in a coma more or less. For about a week. For the first few days after it happened, it seemed really dark and gloomy. Then the seizures stopped, and it was just a wait and see scenario, which might be more uncomfortable than anything because you just. don't. know. Well, she's been awake for about 5 days now, and I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Of course, it's a long road to recovery from here, but at least my mother is awake now and talking and laughing.
  11. Someone needs to tell me, right now, when Narcos Season 2 will start filming and when it's going to air, damnit. One of the best original shows that Netflix has, I think. Wow and damn, sped through it in a day and a half and it's awesome. Not really knowing the story of Pablo all that well, I thought for sure the last episode would be the climax and this is actually a mini-series. I need more, this show is like cocaine! Oh, and I finished Blacklist S2 a few days ago and that was a rollercoaster ride too, from the last handful of episodes to the season finale. Thank god it returns in a few weeks, that fucking ending~!
  12. I always thought Booker T's promotion didn't get the school and all the fancy stuff until much, much later. Like, around 2012 when they re-branded as Reality of Wrestling. I've never heard the stories of WWE promising Booker that his promotion would be their developmental system, but I do remember reading about the thing between TNA, Booker and the Dudleyz' schools. In an interview with PWTorch, Booker doesn't mention that WWE opening up FCW was even one reason he left - it was mainly injuries, the Signature Pharm stuff, premature deaths and the work schedule. This was basically right after he left, though, so maybe it was brought up in an interview or something in the years following. It's interesting now, because Booker supposedly wants a Harlem Heat versus Dudley Boyz match at 'Mania next year.
  13. Didn't WWE find in their investigation that her Twitter was used by someone else without her knowledge when she was a teenager? It's kind of hard to fault Jasmin for that if that's true, not the same situation as Zahra at all. And it's not like Jasmin came out and did the usual "I was hacked!!!" shit like Kurt Angle or someone does, WWE found that out.
  14. IGN and a lot of other places are reporting on a rumor that Warner Brothers wants more Batman and less Superman in Dawn of Justice.
  15. Please tell me how one chant during a nothing 6 minute match, that didn't even end clean, means the "Revolution" isn't a lost cause? And maybe they should have been chanting This Is Awful, because it was more awful than awesome. The fact that I like Seth Rollins' promos has nothing to do with the Divas stuff, but keep trying to shoehorn that into the discussion like it has any bearing on my thoughts about Sasha/Paige.
  16. Wow, this Rollins hate is getting out of hand. I really enjoy his promos, and I loved his interaction with Sheamus at the top of the show. Buncha haters. Also, LOL at the notion that they destroyed the "Divas Revolution", and Sasha single handedly brought it back in a nothing match... all because she got a "This Is Awesome" chant? Right, because those chants don't happen at nearly every single show these days. I love Sasha as much as the next guy, but there was nothing awesome about anything the Divas did last night. Are we sure they weren't chanting "This Is Awful"?

    MR. ROBOT

I think this show is more about dissociative disorder and the ramifications that comes with it, than any kind of social commentary on our society. Sure, it's structered around corporate greed and the voiceless, and draws from things like Occupy Wall Street and Anonymous. But things like Mr. Robot being his dad, exactly how he was in a picture Elliott keeps, and seeing himself as a child and his mother, forgetting who his sister is, loss of chunks of memory, not knowing what he had done prior to the hack, etc. all touches on key elemets of dissociative disorder, and honestly I think that's the real commentary here. He wants to save the world because he can't save himself, and often times he doesn't even know who he really is. Is he Tyrell? Is he Mr. Robot? Is he Elliott? Maybe I'm looking too deep into this show, but from a couple of episodes into the season, I always got the impression that it was focusing more on what's wrong with Elliott and what's going on inside of his head, and if everything we're seeing is real or imaginary. Of course, the post-credit scene with BD Wong's character kind of puts my theory on it's ass, but it's possible for a show to have hidden undertones while focusing on simple ideas for the audience that don't want to delve deeper into this show and it's characters. I think it's a fascinating show, personally, and it's beautifully shot. I really loved the scene(s) with Elliott's therapist and her ex-lover, and then later on with Elliott and Tyrell's wife(?). Also, the scene with the E Corp suit committing suicide was downright nasty. Pretty graphic for a show on the USA Network. I think we all know by now that the show wasn't made specifially for them, because of that scene and all of the f-bombs and whatnot the entire season. It's an interesting road that network is taking if they continue to buy the rights to shows, instead of making them from scratch like they used to.
  18. I started it two weeks ago, and just finished the last episode of Season 3 about 30 minutes ago. This is probably the best superhero show on television. I think its really good although the middle of the seasons tend to get bogged down for me and I really wish they would stop with the flashbacks since this seasons flashbacks were just horrible to sit through. That being said I give the edge to Flash in best super hero show category but this is a close second. A lot of times this show feels like "we really want to do a batman tv show so we can't so we'll do Arrow and have him be our stand in Batman". I still dig it though a lot and I'm looking forward to the new season. I honestly didn't think the middle part of any seasons dragged. I was captivated the entire time watching all three seasons. The only thing I don't really like is Speedy (as she is now), but I'll probably warm up to her in the new season. Oh, and ATOM. No thanks. I read people hated S3, but I loved it. The Ra's stuff was awesome, I thought. Diggle as the "Guardian" looks better in live action than he does in promo pictures, for sure. Even if there's only brief flashes of him in the helmet in the new S4 preview.
  19. Awesome. After all, there's nothing wrestling fans love more than having someone shoved down their throats. If that's true, please let that match happen at Full Sail during a live Takeover. That'll make the last 2 Rumbles look like the Crowds loved it. Dana Brooke will get the match at the next (Full Sail?) Takeover, and Eva Marie will get a title shot at the London Takeover. Da Meltz also said a three way feud leading into the London Takeover event is possible too. Poor, poor Bayley.
  20. The same reason people on here practically loved the Billy Jack Haynes video - it's a goddamn trainwreck.
  21. Supposedly the plan for the Beat the Clock Challenge was for two members of PCB to get the same time, leading to a triple threat match. Add in the total botch (literally) of a segment from PCB and the Bellas on MizTV last week, and this so-called Revolution isn't going so well. Constant screw-ups and last minute changes to plans aren't good.
  22. Stephanie could have just made the Sting/Rollins match for the US Title too. Which is what I originally thought was going to happen. But the audience saw the statue. The only person that didn't was Seth Rollins. He could presumably go back and watch the archived episode from last week and see the proof that there was indeed an actual statue made.
  23. How much money did you throw into the ring after the Pentagon Jr & Drago vs Fenix & Aero Star match?
