I miss the Willis Reed (and Bruno) entranceway too. I also miss the color of the seat being the color of the ticket and the same price for all seats of the same color. They don't even have real tickets now. They still have the ceiling and 20% of the old blue seats. I will admit that the bridge seats are tremendous.

Having special single matches instead of the usual tons of 4, 6, and 8 man tags on the undercard really elevated this show. I hope to see Gabe and Tsuji fight each other for the next decade.

Going to work every day was what needed to be done in order to get to the point where I would never work another day in my life. Long term goal achieved earlier than most people. Drink beer and watch wrestling every day with no stress.

The point is to pay off your mortgage, retire and watch wrestling all day. It's not relatable to me. Sounds delusional.

GCW moved my seat from the front row balcony to second row floor seat a few days before the show. I declined and chose the refund option because I wouldn't be able to see because of excited front row fans standing up in front of me. Boy does it look like I made the right choice. I just like the GCW deathmatch shows now. They have too many TV wrestlers now. I would be happy to never see another three way, four way, or bunch of flippy guys scramble match again. That goes for all promotions.

Jason, Yardville, and Coralluzzo, I 99.99% had to be there. Might have driven Jason (actually been in the car that drove him). There was a cool local tavern a block away that had a beautiful ceramic DAB beer tap with light and dark. They sold mini pitchers that were perfect for running there during intermission.

It was a real sellout with no tickets for sale at the box office 45 minutes before the show. One row of standing room sold for the back of the south side and parts of the balcony. I'd never seen Omos before. He is big and very very tall.

I watch the big shows, the 30 minute show on Asahi, the 60 minute English show, and went to the Dome for this. Somehow I had missed that there is a team known as the Ichiban Sweet Boys. I don't know how that got by me.

The reviews are supposed to be to style. Nearly tasteless and low in alcohol is pretty much the definition of the Light Beer style. If it is clear and has carbonation, it could get a good value for appearance. I would rate having no taste and no aroma above having a bad taste and aroma, so 1 or 2 out of 5 at best in those categories.

The excuse for poor attendance is that AEW took most of the stars. They don't have a women's division. They just have a belt. I would like it better if they only had the same 1 or 2 women on every New Japan show that they brought in an outsider to fight on each show. My hot take is that a women's division is not needed in any men's promotion. Women's "division" is just more of everybody copying what WWE has.

They always have the beer girls at Tokyo Dome wrestling. Sometimes they were the best part of being there. They do stop coming around for the last two matches or so. Unlike baseball where they still come around if the game goes to extra innings. I can't believe that the concept of cute girls with kegs on their backs is not worldwide.
