Briscoe-Fletcher in-ring chemistry is just off the charts. Every time they go against each other, it becomes a bigger match than their current standing in the roster should warrant, no matter what the said standing is at the time. Harley Cameron talked, or sang her way to a TBS title shot, good for her. The end result of the match will tell you pretty clearly if AEW is among the good guys in this world or not. No pressure. Mariah May's little exhibition match almost turned out disasterous for her. Luther's return completes Timeless Toni Storm's resurgence. This has been quite a story. The 9 man trios match was action packed and it actually led to something I was asking for. The Trios titles defended at some point. That match should lead to some awkward times in the Strong-Safir household, if that's still a thing? Penelope kept coming back against Rosa, which is nice, but a long match just to set up Bayne's first feud. Well, I guess I can't complain? Bandido and I are now within 4lbs of each other, but I can tell you I don't military press guys the size of Bryan Keith with one arm. The match was exciting and obviously this is an obvious pairing. Hologram returns to help Kommander against LFI and I would like to have seen Bandido get in on this action as well. Hell of an episode, overall. I wonder if the real Okada shows up to defend the Continental tile?

Just to keep him away from having a match against Satnam Singh, perhaps? Probably willing to throw away at least some money to block that match from happening anywhere.

And how many won't due to the deal with NXT being in place now? I mean prior to that, many of those name would make perfect sense for TNA but now they may not have the room or need for some of them. I guess we'll know soon enough?

Yeah, can't help you with myoreps, but with hammer curls, I will start doing them crossbody when I'm nearing the end of my set and starting to run out of steam with regular ones. Since I usually get about 5 more reps like that. It seems to indicate it's easier to move bigger weights like that, as you have noticed as well. Some of the videos I have posted have some of my favorite things to do with dumbells, including hammer curl sets.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised to see that he was still in NXT after Shelton and Lashley had exited WWE. Well, I guess he was written out by Ethan Page last week. So now that a bunch of people have left TNA and WWE, we will see where they'll end up?

Ospreay vs Mark Davis was a hell of an opener and much more exciting one than the Lance Archer option that I figured it would be. The opening brawl was ok too and it lead to another match at Grand Slam, so good. If Max Caster has a lot of say in this current character of his, then it's probably subtly awesome, but the years of conditioning makes this seem to me like one of Vince's punishments for someone who got over on their own (or got Cena or Roman booed by a crowd, or something)! MJF once again with ever so slight interaction with Hangman, so this will spill over when? Probably on Dynamite after Revolution. Dustin stuff was strong. MJF sliding in to kick Dustin in the Codys was good too. Yeah, that match should be intense. Hounds of Hell vs Fletcher and Takeshita was awesome, but was this the right time for this match to happen? HoH's new push gets them to a win streak of 1? Um, ok. Now, I love seeing Matthews getting a shot at Okada, but I would be really shocked if he actually pulled off a win there. Aminata with a strong showing against Mariah May (as portrayed by Timeless Toni Storm) and Mariah May's commentary (as portrayed by Mariah May) was very appropriate. The Gunns showing up and challenging The Hurt Syndicate AND embracing the Ass Boys moniker is certainly a way to go about things. I like the Dummy Mercedes' attitude way more than Not Sasha's, but yeah, a one match win streak is not enough for a TBS title shot, no matter how multi-talented Main Event Harley Cameron is! The New York minute took another hour or so. The main event ended up being pretty excellent and I was thinking that Prickochet may take it in the end due to how much he got his ass kicked early on.

It's pretty scary that my body can't handle inactivity. Since my union has been on strike this week I have very much taken this as an opportunity to not F'n do anything that I don't have to. Well, I did that for a couple of days straight but then my lower back started acting up. So for the past couple of days I have done everything I can to make it go away. I can still feel that the sides of my glutes are still sensitive to touch (when you really work them over) so that's where the problem is but it's really damn persistent. I keep working them over and stretching and using the pressure point ball so I'll be back to normal by next week, but this really proves that my body is so used to moving around that if I stop, the wheels come off really fast.

I'd say hammer curls, incline dumbell curls, single arm dumbell curls on the Scott bench and standing double bicep curls.

Finally finished the main event and it was surprisingly entertaining. The second rope moonsault from AJ was BOSS! I really think he earned himself a new contract with this performance! Waiting for Genesis '25 to be unlocked!

Are you me? I feel very much the same. These are times when you almost have to force yourself to concentrate on whatever the positive thing(s) is/are just so you don't crumble under the very real and tangible negative things going on all around you. Hang in there!

The setup is more complicated than what I usually have to use with barbell, so I will probably stick with that one. These are the 110lb dumbells I use here, and the combined 220lbs is like the first real set after warm-up when using the barbell. So there is a reason why it goes so well here. The Scott bench bicep curls followed by standing skullcrushers is the way I usually do that particular move, but when I'm not recording, I walk back to the rack and re-rack the dumbell as soon as I start to get close to failure. The song is From Hell With Love by the awesome Finnish metal band Beast In Black.

Plus, it's completely plausible to get the wind knocked out of you for three seconds on a move like that, even if it wouldn't actually knock you out! In fact, opponents gasping for air after the pinfall trying to get their wind back, would actually be a very nice touch.

If the end game is a Land of Thousand Moxleys, then I'm gonna need to change my vote to "Fuck NO!", if that's an option!

The Hurt Syndicate looked so good with those tag titles! Yuka's character work is adorable, her in ring work, well... did I mention her character work is adorable? She's definitely skilled enough, though and I guess makes for a credible challenger who can lose. Much like Tomohiro Ishii, another adorable character. Isn't "a New York Minute" supposed to go faster? Or did Jericho get that wrong as well, like every other NY fact he has spouted over the weeks? Big Bill will eventually get fed up with Jericho's bullshit, but is it before or after Revolution? Hounds of Hell challenging for the tag titles will be awesome, but if we'll get Matthews vs Okada before that, I'll be totally fine with that. The match against Gates of Agony was bad-ass, but Jesus Christ those Gates of Agony entrance costumes! I know it's your heritage and all but looking like Alien Mickey Mouse and stretched out bottom figure of a totem pole isn't exactly going to get you guys over! Regardless, the world is NOT ready for HoH, GoA, Murder Machines and Hurt Syndicate 4-way for the tag titles! So, let's unleash that upon it, please! Those little interactions between Hangman and MJF will eventually lead to something amazing, right? And I hate that I have to be asking this, but...Right?!? So Mox doesn't want to face Jarrett for the title? Also, a wrestling organization with a thousand Moxleys long after he's gone, will make me just go back to NXT, so AEW, that was your battle cry! Get your ranks together, you need to fight this. Ricochet vs Fox and Ospreay vs Cage were both good (and different) rematches, Cage just did not do a single flashy move in this thing, aside from a corner Pele kick and you know how much I am against big guys who can do flippy shit NOT doing their flippy shit! Still, the walking suplex was insane. If Jarrett and MJF have moved on from that horrible segment a couple of weeks back, I'm willing to give this a chance. Jay White vs Yuta ended up being a hell of a match, but boy would I have loved for that early seconds Blade Runner to have hit and ended the match right there! All these configurations of tag teams against Death Riders and yet, nobody credible has the mind to challenge for the Trios Titles? I know Death Riders are just holding titles hostage, but someone must still have the jurisdiction over when those titles must be defended or be vacated, right? Force them to put those things up ever so often! Yeah, this was solid enough, but you are competing with NXT on Netflix for my attention now, TK! And that's not a place you want to find yourself in, because I had already abandoned that (ahem) shithole once before, for your vision of this thing.
