Wow, that's going to be super awkward, but I guess they could have been working overtime with the design crew to make the outfits as character-based as possible? Anyway, what's the start time of the show proper in the UK? That's how I can figure out when the show would start over here if I try to catch it live(ish)?

Hangman vs Shibata was nice action but it is at a point where I don't really buy Shibata beating anyone beyond the level of, say, Speedball. Good for what it was. Physically, Billy Gunn still looking every bit as impressive as he ever has. Also, nice to see Andrade finally started to go to the gym as well! Julia gave a wonderful effort in her title shot but it was hard to make myself believe that she had even a fading shot at winning this one! Harley promised to punch Skye Blue in the face and delivered the first chance she got! FTR-D&D Players escalated somewhat as Stokley decided to throw the respect out of the window when Callis showed him none. Not that either of those douches deserve respect. Looking forward to the match, though! In a way, it is really cool that Strong-Claudio CC match led to a rematch for the CMLL, although Roddy had to win another match in order to get it.

I still have this CD and it has been my sentimental favorite since I got it in '97(ish)! White Trash and LOB Sound remain the best tracks due to the guitars! I think I need to see if it's on Spotify! Oh, and if THIS was the opening theme of Collision, it would probably be the only show I'd ever watch!

Plenty of good stuff this week. MJF has 5 challengers at the same time. Can they get a Five Guys promotion deal out of this somehow? The officiating in the opener was terrible! Great showing by Bailey but getting repeatedly stomped by OPPS and ref catches zero % of it. The new guys vs FTR was really exciting but all the time I was like these guys are one mistake away from a shatter machine, but they avoided it for longer than I expected and looked great while doing it. The Street Fight got really good by the end of it and it's only the first battle between these guys because neither crew had their biggest hitters involved yet. Well, Mox was there but that's it. This will probably escalate to some serious degree soon enough. Huge win for Bayne and Ford, they are probably the number one contenders now. Swerve vs Knight had some batshit moments but no upsets here tonight. ...Oh, and Alexander v Omega had a bunch of neat stuff in there! I wonder who will Kenny go after next, since this one win probably won't make him the number one contender yet, due to everyone else winning their matches, too!?

Yeah, that theme makes me what ever the opposite of "pumped to see the show is". (Maybe if it was "I'm Still Standing" it would be different?) I understand the connotation of a show on Saturday Night having a theme called that, but if that was the reason to use it, there's a collective of artists who make music for these kinds of purposes (called Backing Track) and they have a track called "Saturday Night is Alright for Dying", it's much better and if Darby Allin is on the card, also very a propos.

Speaking of themes, the new Collision theme song was so awesome that I didn't fast forward Triller TV's ad breaks, so I could listen to it more! Needless to say, that's going on my next gym playlist! That's quite an improvement from one of the shit-worst themes ever on a wrestling show that was the original Collision theme.

Yeah, that theme is like... the previous one wasn't bad enough? I mean it starts out ok, but never really gets going. I know she's a heel, but c'mon! There are heels that have awesome theme songs/music, too!

It really sucks that Hammerstone was injured all the time in TNA, because not only did I miss out on a PPV match between him and Something and then he got injured again when those two were teaming up, so I missed out on them probably getting the tag titles at some point. Tough breaks for Something, along with Hammerstone.

I read that he's apparently getting very over based on his entrance alone! Great for him !

Personally, I would like to implore everyone to stay the fuck away from gambling. I have been able to get away from it and no longer feel any urge to start again but also know very well that I absolutely have to stay away from it, because it is very goddamn addictive. I only have experience in slots but that goes for every other form of gambling available. For this reason I also have a very wary attitude towards investing, while still aggressively saving money at the same time.

Yeah, if he debuts at Rumble as a surprise entrant and gets a bit of a story going with someone on the main roster they could put him on SmackDown.

The Slam Wrestling's Frost Bite event went nicely despite a small crowd in a large venue. I was able to chat with some of the workers during the intermission and after the show. I was asked if I wrestled too, by my new favorite Daz Black! Said I was 20 years too old for that shit, but I hear Bandido at least did very well against MJF this week! (I may have omitted that last part, though) Also, when I asked him how long had he been wrestling and he said for 13 years. I half jokingly asked if he started at 12 years old, to which he replied 11. I bought a couple of wrong size (too large and way too small, respectively) T-shirts and two signed photos in order to try and get some kind of a payday for the guys and it seemed like there was at least some action at the merch table. My family had a good time and I think my father came out of the event with a whole new outlook and respect for the business for the first time in his life. Surprised, but very pleasantly so. Due to the small attendance we ended up getting really good seats and were even offered places at very ringside for the second half of the show, but since that was basically three feet from the timekeeper's table we decided against it. It was a fun evening with some surprisingly good action along with some of the more pedestrian stuff but I hope they didn't lose too much money over this show!

4 workouts this week. Light squat machine, two light to moderate upper body workouts and a standard level regular deadlift workout yesterday. Today is a day off, since I will be attending an independent wrestling event with my family later on tonight.

Do they even make wide enough replacements for that to be an option for him? We'll see if he comes back with scrawny shoulders and is like "What? This is the best they could do!"

Longwinded as she may be, Izzy Dame's promo game is ON POINT ! Everything makes sense and is coming out with such confidence that it is hard not to agree with her. For those who have seen or played Silent Hill, is "Nobody sleeps on Silent Hill" a thing in those games or in that movie by any chance? Because if it is, then I unwittingly had an *I understood that reference gif* -moment at Shiloh Hill's catchphrase. Anyway, even if it's a coincidence that it sounds similar, Shiloh seems pretty awesome in the ring. Knockouts tag title shot has some really interesting teams. No matter who wins it should get pretty exciting.

That would probably be for the best. Debut at the Rumble, throwing a bunch of people out and knocking the crap out of some of the main stars before it takes a few guys to get him out eventually would probably be a tried and true way to go.
