FEBRUARY 2018 WRESTLING DISCUSSION.

What hole was that? (phrasing)
-
The Becky/Bliss portion of the match was pretty standard for WWE, with the heel controlling the majority of the match. Braun/Zayn was a squash because Braun has the rocket strapped to him.
-
I mean I haven't watched a sport yet where the hardcore fans didn't have strong opinions on commentators.
-
I like Booker for a lot of things but he's a terrible commentator. Can't even follow his own weird takes from show to show. Corey had to constantly pivot to work around him, and at some point just stopped because it was pointless.
-
Not included: "Asuka's going over"
-
Am I the only one who thinks Coach is an improvement over Booker T?
-
If yet another main roster woman had gotten hurt we might've seen Ivory in it. Would actual GLOW have counted?

ENZO AMORE IS MOST LIKELY A PIECE OF SHIT
Cristobal replied to John from Cincinnati's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
It's really a bit disgusting how people are so sold on the "I had consensual sex that I'm now regretting and/or trying to exploit" narrative that abusers use to gaslight their victims that that really seems like something an actual human being is more likely to do rather than try to downplay a traumatic experience in the immediate aftermath. -

Cristobal replied to John from Cincinnati's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
Not sure I'd go THAT far... I entirely agree that there have been any number of talents who can be more charismatic then they've shown. Think of pre-New Day Big E. But the relative infrequency of such who've been able to thrive in WWE's overly-scripted main roster can't be ignored. -

Let's not start spouting nonsense just because we (justifiably) don't like Enzo. He was a big, unique personality whose mouth got him and his big buddy over in spite of some pretty massive shortcomings. He moved merch, most of which was hilariously ugly, because of that. He is also a terrible wrestler and a worse human being, and he's obviously not indispensable. -

Who were they getting over, though? Kalisto? Hideo? Really the guy that's gotten over has been Gulak.
-
Oh God I'm cracking up. Did anyone else hear Chioda clearly and audibly tell Miz "Asuka's going over" like thirty seconds before the finish?
-
...why are they taking that one shot in a shower stall?

which is basically the same as any other tweet on the subject, just with more SAWFT puns. -

The new version had Punk and Chyna, so I can only guess Benoit.

The 2017 rec.sport.pro-wrestling Awards
Cristobal replied to RSPWawardz's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
Literally my thought on seeing this "Wait, RSPW still exists?" -
"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity." Vince isn't a covert Klansman, he's an overt out-of-touch crazy old man who wasn't that sane even when he wasn't that old.

It is never Rutube day.

Thank God Braun left the inside of the production truck alone so Kevin Dunn could make six jump cuts in two seconds when he was flipping the cab

I played Rogue on PS3. Don't really feel any need to play it on PS4. Origins was solid. Not as good as Syndicate, but a very good addition to the series.

...Corbin and Tamina were in this?
