  1. Ahsoka Episode 4 In order to create you must destroy... travelling to another galaxy... *GASP* THIS IS JUST A RE-TELLING OF GAOGAIGAR FINAL!!! James
  2. L.A. LAW is finally streaming on Prime. Given my Steven Bochco fandom I couldn't be happier. I totally forgot how cute Susan Ruttan was as Roxanne. I also forgot what magnificent hair Corbin Bernsen had! James
  3. Calling it Sukeban and not having someone weilding deadly yoyos disappoints me James
  4. J.H.

    Justified

They really swerved us didn't they? I ain't complaini g James
  5. I wish I could find the bonkers Funk promo from WWF where he goes on about how he got his head stuck under his bed as a boy and how, if not for "Hoss" pulling him out, he'd likely be stuck there to this day! James
  6. Terry Funk being Terry Funk against Eddie Guerrero before Eddie was EDDIE https://youtu.be/zzu756A62hM?si=xbkybBiBktj5Tfav Janes
  7. Terry Funk was the Perfect Professional Wrestler. Heel or Face, it doesn't matter, he always gave his all, even when couldn't necessarily give his best. I'm now going to do what I did when Dusty Rhodes died... go someplace quiet and cry. Then watch as much Terry Funk material as possible. James
  8. Weird because I only see him as Viktor Kreugger or Eugene Krabs James
  9. They kind of addressed where the map came from in the conversation between Morgan and Baylan Skoll (i.e. how the people from the other Galaxy arrived and helped form the Jedi Order to which Skoll said was just a fairy tale). Ibwas so gerked to see Clancy Brown in a different SW role. James
  10. The first scene after the title card in Ahsoka... gives off such Raiders of the Lost Ark vibes! James
  11. So the X-Men are all going to have their careers tragically cut short in a car accident? James
  12. So it begins! She was so excited that she opened the door and didn't even say "Good-Bye" to me. This is the culmination of the last 5 years of getting her ready for this. She is more than ready and I'm proud but still a blubbering mess... James
  13. Took #1 Daughter to see TMNT: Mutant Mayhem and it was... ok? I didn't hate it but wouldn't necessarily recommend it ya dig? Best part is the soundtrack, which is all 90s hip hop/R&B. Hell, it features De La and ATCQ and that made me smile more than anything else in the movie James
  14. As far as last night's What We Do In The Shadows... Inside The NFL need to hire Matt Berry! James
  15. Downloaded the app and got a free account set-up. My only complaint are the Godzilla movies missing from S3 BUT I totally understand why. Otherwise, I'm very pleased James
  16. Really needed that musical episode after what a downer the previous episode was James
  17. So we get 2 episodes of SNW this week? James
  18. My perfect Elric was 30ish John Hurt but Sands... yeah that woulda worked James
  19. That season finale of The Righteous Gemstones was phenomenal, even if tbere was a "wIt, how?" moment at the end James
  20. Acvording to Da Meltz Saya Kamitani was supposed to win the 5 Star (something alot of people figured) but her injury has forced the whole tourney to be rebooked. Poor Saya! James
  21. cat's Eye are also coming back again in the new City Hunter movie James
  22. What is it with Mariah May? Every pic I've ever seen of her it looks like she just got a whiff of a rank fart James
  23. SBW S2E7 -Those Old Scientists I'm not giving any spoilers but this episode was amazing! Exactly what you'd want a SNW/LD crossover to be. They do reference thecsame episode ofcthe original TOS Animated Series rwice, further establishing that episode's caconicity (canonality?). And yet another music cue (from First Contact) that made me a little misty! I cannot recommend this episode enough (even if Lower Decks ain't your kinda Trek) James
  24. Sandy and I were chilling in the living room. She points at my shirt and asks "who is he?" It's my purple "Man You Are Right Out of A Comic Book" shirt with "Black Belt" Jim Kelly on it. She immediately wants to know who Jim Kelly is. I ask her "Do you want Daddy to show you on the TV?". She excitedly says yes and so I load up Enter The Dragon. Makes me happy because: 1. I get to share one of my favorite movies with my daughter 2. I don't have to watch Blippi/Ryan's World/Diana The Princess of Play for 99 minutes (I actually more than tolerate ZZ Kids because I think the dad is kinda funny) Many questions are answered about things she doesn't get (like the uncomfortable explanation of what O'Hara and his goons were trying to do to Angela MaovYing). The highlight of this Daddy/Daughter viewing experience comes during Jim Kelly's scene/Fight with Mr. Han (Shih Kien). As Kelly is getting obliterated Sandy looks at me and utters "How come he's losing? I thought he was too busy looking good!" I busted out laughing so hard! My daughter throwing shade at Jim Kelly was just too good not to share! James
  25. Sandra Violet is 5 now, she turned 5 back in June. She got more Bluey stuff than should be allowed to leave Australia. She celebrated like it was Times Square on VJ-Day! Today I took her to the movies for the first time. I let her pick between Elemental and Across The Spider-Verse. The kid loves Spider-Man so it was a no brainer what she picked. She got the kid's snack tray (kid popcorn, kid drink and fruit snacks). We got there early so there were a few trips to the bathroom before showtime. This movie is 2hrs and 20 minutes. I really should've taken that into consideration. I really should've paid for 1 ticket because she snuggled in my lap for 3/4 of the movie. Plus 5 trips to bathroom (she kept sneaking sips of my large Mr. Pibb). After the movie we went to the kids play area in the mall. There were several Muslim families there with their kids playing. Watching my daughter make friends with them and play was a truly a beautiful thing. After 2 and a half hours of play we had dinner at McDonald's. I felt bad to take her away from her new friends but it was getting late. Life on my end has been not great this year so far. I needed this day. This day with Sandy was perfect in every way. I'm the most at peace I've been at the end of the day in months. It was truly a Perfect Day James
