And that AV isn't bad at all. I agree and I'm okay with the Cubs moving on from Arrieta. Darvish has some weird quirks he can hopefully fix. RIPPA Posted February 11, 2018 Author Share Posted February 11, 2018 Okay - the extra details in Yu's contract - The opt out is after 2019 (so 2 years) - Has a full no-trade clause for part of the deal that will change to a 12 team list. (That part isn't 100% clear yet but I am guessing it would be if he doesn't opt out that is when it changes.) - Every year has a $2 million bonus if he wins the Cy Young ($1 million if he finishes 2nd - 5th) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
