cool arrow
I'm trying to download a file and I keep getting this error message: Quote Error: You are trying to download from another IP address. Dafuq? It doesn't even make sense. (I use the Hola! VPN, if that matters.)
J.T.
Sounds like you got a case of the quick clicks. Did you try to download the file once, encountere lag, and then try to download it again without cancelling the previous file transfer? You can't be running into an IP conflict because your devices should've immediately prompted you if your computer / smart phone / mobile device shared the same IP with another device in the hotel. If you're using a browser, check to see if you have multiple active downloads of the same file.
JLSigman
If you're using a VPN and trying to download through that VPN, the site may be seeing you from both your home computer and whatever machine you're VPN'd into.
Raziel
Either like JT said, you got a case of the quick clicks, or your VPN for whatever reason changed IP's and something in the path couldn't keep up. Blast your cache clear make sure your browser isn't trying to resume a previous DL, bounce your VPN connection and try again.
