Cole Miner
Jody Reynolds Endless Sleep Platters Only You. Not sure where the footage comes from. Looks like a movie. Isley Brothers Shout- I have it in the argument for best song ever made. Amalgamation of a lot of styles popular at the time. Too bad it wasn't in that DVDVR best song tournament. Would have liked to see how well it would have done. Wish I could hit that high note. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Od19vULnpYQ The Flamingos I Only Have Eyes for You Screamin Jay Hawkins- I Put a Spell on You

Cole Miner
This is from 1953. Worst song I have ever heard. It comes off as a joke it is so bad. Ridiculous sounding lead singer. Who knows what the vocal harmony was trying to accomplish. It reminds me of American Idol auditions. When they get all the really bad singers to all perform the same song and then splice it into one song.
driver
Probably the first "Rock & Roll" song to go to #1. Some pre-Annette Frankie. Elvis, Flaming Star, an Elvis song from a "not your typical Elvis movie" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0sapPPN-A2Y
