  1. Why does it seem to me that a clause in the contract would be a good idea to prevent this sort of conflict on interest. i.e. If you don't resign, then another choice will be made for you. But, IANAL.
  2. This move looks like Verstappen appeasement, no?
  3. I thought the same with GnR doing Junior's Eyes.
  4. I have not seen the entire Back To The Beginning show, but I did watch Guns 'N Roses, Metallica, Ozzy solo, and Black Sabbath. Guess it's been a while since I've heard Axel Rose sing, but he was sounding rough. James Hetfield sounded as if he was on 4 jet lags. I hate the fact that every song he sings these days is inspired by his Black Album vocal style. Ozzy, even though he was confined to a chair, sounded the most like himself and did not disappoint with his vocals. I will go back and check out the Pantera and Slayer sets. There are probably others worth checking out, but I'll have to get some input.
  5. I think I saw a bunch of Rollin on Shudder recently while I was browsing.
  6. It's not like there's precedent for that ever being a bad idea. Where's Konnan?
  7. I think the big point in the case will be his age.
  8. Gailard Sartain dies at 81. Starred in numerous TV and film roles, including the Ernest films, Hee Haw, and Mississippi Burning. I was unaware of his artistic talent, he did the cover for Leon Russell's Will 'O The Wisp (1975). https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/gailard-sartain-dead-hee-haw-mississippi-burning-1236295853/
  9. I grew up with Classic Who, so I dug all the callbacks. Sad to see Ncuti go, he was great from the start.
  10. I think fearless leader has stated they're going to be going after fewer workers of millionaires. Unless that, too, has been TACOed. These things happen so fast it's hard to know.
  11. Package installer for Python.
  12. Back in the day, Melon Farmer was used quite a bit when Repo Man aired on cable.
  13. That City of the Living Dead set is great.
  14. At least they're staying on brand.
  15. Ozzie Guillen "disappearing" via Yakuza was not on my Bingo Card.
  16. You would think they'd use tape to attach the receipt to the box, but this is the company that throws away the original packaging for most items.
  17. Gonna be fun to watch Mike Tomlin's expressions this year.
  18. I can only the imagine the parties happening with a Reinsdorf sale.
  19. This is America, we only recognize 'merican numbers here.
  20. Price the games as high as you want, I can wait. And Nintendo is the only company where the games (artificially) hold their prices for the life of a console. There's only a few games I would even consider to be day one purchases. I just wish we could get back to having full games released at launch. The magic of being hyped for a game, finally getting it, then starting to play when you got home is gone with day one patches and the death of quality control. And... you kids can get off my lawn.
  21. Have they forgotten Robert Edwards?
  22. I could barely handle Necromantik on grainy VHS back in the 90s, I don't even want to think about it on the big screen.
  23. They're the only ones left he hasn't ripped off. They'll learn.
  24. The Allman Brothers Band, Black Oak Arkansas, and Marshall Tucker Band could definitely jam when they felt the urge. Molly Hatcher could play, too, but they were more typical of the heavy boogie scene.
