Has anybody noticed the new ME1 being buggier than the original? I've personally run into a lot more issues than I did on the original. I haven't had a crash, but I've had to kill and restart the game several times for different issues. Had one last night where I couldn't get into the Mako, leaving me marooned on whatever planet I was on.

The topography on some of those ME1 maps is a clear case of just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. One planet in particular (forget the name)feels like somebody watched Meru (yeah I know that came out after the game, just go with it) and thought to himself "you know what would be awesome? driving an ungainly six wheeled vehicle up the Shark's Fin to locate a lump of light metal!"

Yeah, I just looked one of those up. I wasn't about to try the curve fitting there

The cheesing required to get to 60 would have to be nuts. I wound up at 57. The exponential curve on leveling really starts to set in around 55 or so. Delta between 59 and 60 is nearly the same as 0-48.

Sad that I never thought of waiting till the end to grab Liara till someone here brought it up. Makes ME1 soooo much better.

I cand get predator light armor for love or money. Same goes for savant gear.

I actually finished a major planet. Noveria is done. It really is a great chance to be horrible to everybody, and I took full advantage of that opportunity.

To be fair, Oklahoma has held up their end of the bargain there. Nebraska, not so much.

I have a confession to make. When nobody was looking, I replaced the Pirates with the t-ball team I coached this spring.

Zaeed was one of my two go to characters, along with Kasumi. I spammed their grenades as often as possible. Everything else either got slammed or got introduced to my little friend, the Revenant.

Yeah, I had to do the same on the car. Think I stole the same one. It was weird when I dropped it off. The door wouldn't open. I got the the guy talking to me while I was in the car outside. Ended up getting out, then back in. After that, it let me in Have you done any of the later heists. I know you've done the original five. I've done two of the three new ones. Never finished the casino. I'm sure there are a bunch of missions I've never done. I've done the casino series. I know for sure I've never done the new Simeon, Gerald or yacht ones. Don't know what else is out there.

I tried it on the Normandy last week. It didn't work for me, but it's possible I'm just an idiot who can't figure video games out. Wouldn't be the first time. I'm curious how high of a level I'll be when I finish ME1, using classic. I'm mid 40s, and just started whichever of Feros/Noveria has the ice and bugs. Haven't made it to Liara or the where I need a bigass bottle of Roundup.

Poor scorpion was level 8 and stuck on the beach. Tater tot put a bounty on me, which was nice the jet bike guys were annoying, but not much more than that I got a bunch of em for maybe one death

I know how mine will break down. Kaiden - however many missions there are till I can get Garrus Ashley - same, except swap Garrus for Wrex Garrus - part of one mission, then gets swapped for Tali Liara - go sit in a corner Tali/Wrex - rest of the game once I got them I really need to change things up (also, I truly appreciated that my phone auto corrected when I mistyped “things” as “thongs” in the previous sentence. That one letter makes quite the difference)

I forgot how fast money comes in ME1. I ran around doing a bunch of side missions, and didn't really pay attention to how much I had. Now I've got Shepard, Tali, and Wrex all kitted out with level 7 Specter gear. Just need to find some decent armor and Savant amps/tool, and I'm good. Meanwhile I still haven't made it to Liara, Feros or Noveria. Gonna leave Liara to the end. She annoyed the crap out of me in the first game. If I could, I'd leave her embracing eternity till ME2 Yeah, Wrex is bugged for the do 5 missions deal. I got some folks accidentally while wandering around the citadel the first time. I must've done 20 missions with Wrex before I got his.

At the rate y’all are going you’ll be finished with ME3 before I hit Feros or Noveria.

It's funny. I've played through the first game at least 10 times, and I still can't remember which one is Feros, and which is Noveria.

My old work PC flagged the whole board, but not the site itself, as a security violation. Weirdly, it only did that if I wasn't actually logged into work. If I was logged into the corporate VPN, it thought everything was fine and dandy. The new PC, which should have exactly the same security setup as the old one, has never had any issue.

Actually, I can go around whacking people in the head, thank you very much.

Got an email yesterday from chicks@<redacted>inass The email is completely legitimate and above board (it’s from a surveyor who was working on a lot for me) but it’s still cracking me up I’ve got all the maturity and sophistication of Beavis.

I might just wear em to piss people off.
