That Philly crowd hated it too, I don't blame them. They made it seem like either Shawn or Undertaker was primed to take the crown. Instead, they both lose in the first round... -

I for one cannot wait for The Money Money Yeah Yeah Connection to usher in a new era of indy tag team wrestling. -
That has got to be the most BattleBowl of all random pairings I've ever seen. Edit: Why does Tenryu look like he's about to go straight from the arena without showering to help his friend move heavy furniture?

I was there during that Dallas RAW, when Punk hit that there was an audible Ooooooh. That move if done sparingly and correctly could be a legitimate death maneuver. -
Back surgeries will do that as well...not that he was 6'8" to begin with, but you know what I mean.

Their Youshoot talks about them breaking in on the Michigan indies in the late 1980's and early 1990's on cards headlined by an old broken down Sheik vs. Bobo Brazil...they did wrestle indies before their rap albums 'took off.'

In Australia, Andre and Brody had a singles match at a stadium show in 1977. In Dallas 8/8/78, Andre won by DQ. In St. Louis 9/14/79, Andre won by DQ. Also in Dallas 1979 they tagged together in a handicap match against Spoiler, Gary Hart & Mark Lewin. -

Back in the early 90s, WWF had a co-promotion deal going with SWS. That's how Tenryu ended up in the 93 Rumble. Which led to the memorable sight of Boxcar Valentine vs. Great Kabuki complete with the "She's Got The Look" intro for the Hammer. Video proof of that last bit? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QynhlXsm1ug -
