  1. Yesterday was Lex Luger's birthday and to celebrate, here's one of his not so finest moments. I just love when he realized the promo was blown he just had fun with it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHTj7qfnTak
  2. This is really minor compared to other folks but fuck you to my ex girlfriend. You break up with me when I'm at my lowest, now you want to have a final talk? So I can hear from you....again how much imperfect I've been? Fuck you, no. You broke up with me, just leave me be and let me live my life!
  3. If it's anything as crazy as the making of Heaven's Gate, then I would down to see that myself as well.
  4. For me it's A Serbian Film and Irreversable. The latter, that one scene, my goodness, it was hard to sit through the first time let alone trying to watch it again. For the former, I sat through it once, do not need to sit through it again.
  5. I'd replace the Omni with Center Stage, mainly because the Omni is no longer around, it was tore down to be replaced by Phillips Arena.
  6. I can agree with that, he definitely filled the role of being more of a perennial Iron Man title of a guy than a World title guy, but can fill the role of occasionally contender like he was at I believe Cage of Death 6 with that awkward title/bounty match, he was fine there but the match itself didn't make much sense iirc
  7. I'm watching Justice Pain vs Nick Mondo vs The Messiah vs Adam Flash. I liked it enough, but it got me thinking, three of the guys got a lot of talk back in the day one way or another, but not Adam Flash. I'm curious from those that know, what were your thoughts on him?
  8. The WWE gets a lot of crap, but they don't deserve any for that. Well done on their part.
  9. It is, but doesn't TNA generally draw well in the UK? Anyways, there's this, http://gizmodo.com/government-finally-holding-kickstarter-scammers-respons-1571946452 I don't know the story with Jeff Katz, but I wonder if the people who responded and didn't get their stuff will file one as well?
  10. The Protector 2 had a limited release this past weekend, anyone get to see it? I know the movie writers weren't too keen on it, but I respect a lot of the opinions here so I hope someone here got to see it
  11. My only guess is that it cost too much to make and they weren't making enough in ad revenue to off set that?
  12. I didn't realizE The Raid 2 had already been released. Got lucky to catch it before it leaves theaters later this week. Oh my lord I loved this. I have to say though that some of graphic stuff was a bit much though. I wouldn't have minded if they cut away during some of the killing scenes. But oh my they ramped it up a lot this time. I think the kitchen fight scene is definitely up there with the final fight in the original movie as one of the all time greats. The wrestling fan in me was measuring the Muta scale at the end of that one.
  13. I wanted to find this so here you go http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/04/24/jon-stewart-sean-hannity-feud_n_5203667.html It really was great
  14. Hanging with my 3 year old nephew, Toy Story 3 was on Disney Jr, he loves it, but man it's hard not to watch the ending without it getting dusty in the room. He wanted to watch Monsters vs Aliens next, I forgot how much I enjoyed that movie, I liked it, lots of fun. Now he wants to watch The Incredibles, this is turning out to be a great day.
  15. I love reading these stories of you guys messing with the kids, like ivp's post, it made the kids that much more passionate about their guy, it's kinda like playing a heel yourself, I don't know about you guys, it's more fun and most kids seem to enjoy it, especially when their guy goes over. I remember at WrestleMania 27, I was the only one in my section cheering on Punk against Orton, I even got ladies mad at me who thought Orton was hot.
  16. I guess I'm not in the loop, but what the heck? It was hilarious, but there are really religious folks who do that? I though it was just a Simpsons parody
  17. Gotta agree on Major League too for me. Just have to put that remote down when that's on. Bloodsport, I can't count how many times I've seen it in TBS but I'll still always stop and watch and quote Bolo Yeung's lines. Field of Dreams is another, I'm not a big baseball guy but I'm a sucker for a good baseball movie. Die Hard, especially if its on a non premium channel, the language edits are always funny. Lately I've seen Face/Off on TV a lot lately love that one too.
  18. Found another one that's terrible, but I loved, The Beastmaster. I thought John Amos with the staff was the coolest thing ever at 4 years old. And Tanya Roberts...
  19. Last I heard, he had planned on giving refunds who gave to the Kickstarter campaign, and there was talk of releasing it on DVD at some point.
  20. I think he was for a VERY short time, then I believe he went back to ROH
  21. He did an Iron Sheik gimmick? I thought he did a Kurt Angle gimmick. As for my memories of him, I remember seeing him back in the old Wildside days being amazed that this big guy did a freaking dive over the top rope. Years later, I hear of stories of him being ripped for it backstage, but as a fan I thought it was awesome, this big powerful dude could also fly, but apparantly it wasn't well liked backstage. He toned it down in subsequent shows though
  22. A lot of places I'm reading are speculating it's the
  23. Avengers vs X-Men was biweekly, but most of the big company-wide crossovers at Marvel have been monthly, same as DC. I think Marvel just has its big crossovers take over more books, so there is more content. DC likes to limit most of its huge crossovers to the core miniseries and a lot of related miniseries, with only a handful of regular on-goings having tie-ins. I knew that one was, but it seemed like Age of Ultron went by just as fast, could be the story, but my goodness it does seem like Forever Evil is just dragging on and on and on.
  24. This one I'll always wonder about because I know he was still heading towards a showdown with Holyfield, Holyfield was on the rise at the time and there was already talk of a coming fight with Tyson around the time of the trial.
