  1. Dude, if they were going to run Wrestlemania as a video game simulation, it'd be on WWE2K20.
  2. What's the rationale behind letting Vince decide to shut Wrestlemania down or not? Are they going to shut it down next week if he decides to go forward? What's the point of that? Either shut it down or don't.
  3. It's all three. "Exalted One" Matt Hardy, with Archer and Lee as his muscle.
  4. Actually, this might make sense. The Saudi crowd got to go home happy and see a big star get a big title win. Have Bray win it back at EC, and go back to your regularly scheduled programming, with either Roman vs. Bray or Cena vs. Bray. Goldberg can face whoever isn't fighting for the title. Frankly,I'd be more interested in seeing Goldberg vs. Cena than Goldberg vs. Roman.
  5. AEW isn't Beyond. It's a major promotion with a weekly network show where wins and losses are supposed to matter. If OC beats PAC, for example, it's going to be a big deal. And if he gets a string of big wins against major names then he'll stop being "funny side character" and become "major player". And it'll be hard for people to buy in to the idea if they try to turn him back into "funny side character.'
  6. How does one "unleash" Orange Cassidy, exactly? I like him, and think that some of AEWs best moments have involved him, but OC doesn't have that much of a ceiling on a weekly show. The second he starts, you know, doing things, the magic of the character is gone. If, for example, he had a match like he had with David Starr on Dynamite or on ppv, his character would have to significantly change, IMO.
  7. The best part is how he continued dancing for a second after he hit the ground.
  8. I thought it would be more interesting if Cody didn't want to force MJF into the match because he's perpetually afraid of being seen as abusing his power. He's terrified that the fans will put him in the same box as HHH and Vince, so he literally handicaps himself constantly. This could also be the reason MJF turned on him in the first place. He thought it was pathetic that Cody would deny himself World Title opportunities just to secure the fans good will. That's why he's making him jump through all these hoops. Cody doesn't have to do any of this, but he will because he wants the fans to love him.
  9. Aggressive devotion. Sounds like a indie band's hit single.
  10. Yeah, obviously Sane deserved to be slapped in the face for getting a concussion! C'mon guys, she's a fucking saint!
  11. I certainly hope the voices in his head are talking to him. If they talk to someone else, well that's just rude!
  12. I think that Steve isn't real and it's Max Lord fucking with her mind.
  13. Bully Ray is essentially Jim Cornette if he was stuck in 1997 instead of 1987 and slightly fatter
  14. These are basically the same things they did when they booked Cena.
  15. I imagine it was the same reason as to why Obi Wan never told Luke about his parentage. Considering how powerful she is, who knows what would've happened if she learned something that shattering. I will grant, though, that it's left vague how extensive the lessons Luke gave were. Maybe they were supposed to be more extensive than I pictured.
  16. What do you mean "no qualms"? He spent most of TLJ refusing to train her, and barely taught her anything when he relented.
  17. We might have an agreement, sir.
  18. So, how does one go about becoming a "Fit Finlay" ?
