I think Cabannas is still really good but may suffer since he is adimant that he won't take requests and only interviews guys who he is on shows with but is also friendly with. That being said, i'm sure some of the shows he is on might not have the most interesting indy guy on them, so he might be a little more limited. I think he also only does face to face interviews as well. All 3 of the top best wrestling podcast done by workers (Austin, Jericho and Colt) seem to also protect the buisness a bit. Austin being probably the losest with kayfabe. Colt sometimes protects tot much in what comes across as a concious effort to avoid a SHOOT!

As a "Crossfitter" and a sometimes Crossfit instructor, I approve the above post. However, for guys like Bryan and Seth who can just GO in the ring, a regimet of Crossfit and some StrongMan/Oly Lifting will help them a LOT.

I saw AMerican Dragon (best name ever) in person for the first time at a FIP show in bum fuck nowhere Florida. He was working Roderick Strong who had to leave early to make a TNA taping. So Ironic the MAIN EVENT went first because Strong (who is great, and a nice dude) had to leave for Orlando. He was in the ring with Daniel Bryan, who would main event and WIN the WWE title at Wrestlemania 30. As a fan of this guy, I lost my mind tonight. I'm at an Army Professional development school and i watched this with a bunch of class mates who don't know shit about wrestling, and they even enjoyed the show. So amazing. ANd the undertaker lose was nuts.
