Good for her, getting that bag, but man do I not see her fitting in well there...

A Sincere and Well-Intended Open Letter to AEW
COLETTI replied to Gordi the BJW fan's topic in ALL ELITE WRESTLING
Shit, several AEW folks are already in the NJPW roster DLCs - Omega, Okada, Ibushi, Juice, Ospreay, Switchblade, and Trent (although all would need updating). -

AEW is supposed to be for the sickos, right? Go all in (heh) and just release a huge DLC for Fire Pro World. Christ, put the entire roster on there with a shit ton of new moves and parts and for that I will pay 70 damn dollars. -
Jesus that was intense and uncomfortable and fucking sad.

Soooooo many games in the backlog, so I started Doom 2016. Incredibly fun game but fuck first person platforming. Probably do either Alien: Isolation next, maybe Dishonored...

In case anybody missed it in the ROH thread,

I love it when it backfires on him, like trying to call Juice Robinson a taint. BCG responded in the funniest fucking way possible in the moment and in my mind it completely killed Friedman's promo.

I did catch that finish, didn't look bad at all and I have never had a problem with Hook even though he has a long way to go. I'm just so sick to death of Chris Jericho.
-
I mentioned this in the monthly catch all thread as well, it's not everybody finds their way here.

This could go elsewhere but more eyes will see it here, the Creed Brothers have been named for the next Bloodsport event. As much as anytime WWE gets involved with an indie it worries me, I really hope that these events can remain neutral ground. Huge nod a respect from all companies to Josh Barnett.

This all sounds awesome but good lord do I love a ppv starting at 3pm EST

Finished the show but skipped Jericho's match, ladder match, and Mox/Naito. Moné/Vaquer and Swerve/Ospreay rocked. Something funny, though, regarding both matches and criticisms I've seen: - lots of people simultaneously saying "that crowd sucked" but then using their "turning" on Mercedes to prove... something? - lots of people simultaneously saying "that crowd sucked" but then shitting on the main event that the crowd was losing their fucking minds over. Like hey, I totally understand if people don't like certain things. That's cool, I too don't like certain things. However, I don't present my opinion as objective truth. ANYWAYS... all in all very good show that could've used some stuff left off of it! I'm very curious what comes next for a lot of folks on the roster.

I thought that Danielson injury was very obviously a work considering the move that came before it. It was still sold as legit but I thought they did a good enough job introducing it via kayfabe. Had to tap out after OC vs ZSJ but up until that point I was happy I made the last minute decision purchase the show.

As always, Kimiko is just the fucking best. Her behavior at Truth Con was just wonderful. Super curious what goes down with Sage.

They filmed a bunch of The Town in Melrose, MA, and at the time I was a vendor for a bread co with one of my stops being a store just a couple doors down from the bank they were using. One day I'm just doing my thing, merchandising my product, and a taller dude is walking down the aisle and I notice this incredibly stupid Fighting Irish tattoo on the back of his neck (I'm heavily tattooed so these things pop out to me). I don't think much of it but a year or even two later, I watch the movie and realize oh shit, that was that actor. I didn't know who the fuck Jeremy Renner was at the time

American football player Damar Hamlin says hello.

Dijak's contract expires tomorrow and it looks like they never made much of an effort to keep him around so he'll be a free agent. Somebody else who can actually post Tweets can share what he put up.

I played through twice, getting both the Communist and Centrist endings. Would love to get the plat but man that's a lot more playing...

The date came and went. Apparently, from a post I saw on Critical Club, they gave away tshirts to 35 fans. Womp womp.
-
Apparently UG didn't bring a mask with him, for obvious reasons, but they insisted on him wearing that ugly little screen printed hood which he clearly had issues with the entire match. If I hadn't read spoilers ahead of watching, I'd have been seriously let down by the whole thing. That said, the sheer novelty of getting Ultimo Guerrero vs Kazuchika Okada on American cable television is at least really cool.

Honestly, even though he's looking pretty rough these days, I was hoping they would belt up Tanahashi that one time, even if just to have him in the lineage, you know?
