I'd highly recommend Iwatani and Mochizuki vs. Kenou and Syuri from Hana Produce on 8/7. Even if you don't like IG matches, Syuri is more than able to hold her own since she is a legit MMA fighter and Iwatani was a good sympathetic babyface, plus they kept the action man vs. man or woman vs. woman for probably 80% of it. One of those rare matches you may not see again, since Stardom loans out their wrestlers more sparingly than other Joshi promotions (Kyoko must have pulled some strings). I was too lazy to check the last time a major Stardom wrestler did an IG match but it certainly is very unusual.

Good thing I wasn't home so I couldn't GIF Summerslam, although I tend to only make one or two per show. I followed both those guys and like them, I didn't see what they were GIFing but I can understand WWE not liking it if accounts were GIFing every single big move in a match. Be nice if they sent out a warning first though. I saw other accounts that made GIFs not be suspended so it looks like they just went after the big guys, maybe assuming everyone would see they got suspended and stop on their own.

Lots of the Pats pickups don't work, the media just gets excited when it does. Even if NE picked him up I wouldn't stress over it unless he shows he actually is playing well. I mean they signed Scott Chandler last year from the Bills and everyone was all "ooooooohhhhhh he will compliment Gronk and be awesome" and it never happened. Karlos was solid last year, I liked him, but he must have looked really rough this offseason or he wouldn't have been cut since he was on a really cheap contract. Bills D looked shockingly good and motivated yesterday, maybe by getting rid of the players that weren't interested in Ryan's defense and with more practice they won't be terrible this year.

Since he isn't really in playing shape and will miss the first four games, I think his best hope is regain focus and wait for those Week 5 and Week 6 pickups after showing he has done what he needed to do. As long as he regains what he was last year he will get more chances, but he has to make some mental changes.

I had it 48-47 McGregor also, people on Twitter acting like it was a controversy but I don't think it was. I wouldn't have been up in arms if Diaz won either, but that was the result I was expecting. Hell of a fight though.

When you come to camp fat, and have a four game suspension, and already had some character issues..... and then gain back some weight you actually did lose, then you may get cut. There are just too many running backs that can be solid backups, some positions can get away with that but RB isn't one of them.

While I hope she is in it, that screen grab was from a fan video, hence why it had Becky vs. Roman Reigns which WWE wouldn't allow in a game. Madusa wouldn't have access to make those types of screen grabs anyway I wouldn't imagine.

The Bills shouldn't let any starting defensive players left practice or play the rest of the off season. Maybe they can do cardio on the exercise bike or something.

Isn't the cutoff time generally Feb/March to get new people in the game at launch? I will admit I haven't payed close attention to that year to year and just because a wrestler debuted after that doesn't mean they won't ever be in it (or debuted before that they are a lock to be in it), but I thought that was considered the general consensus. I would guess The Club would be past the cutoff, but besides them I can't think of anyone else that debuted after WM that would be essential to the game.

How would that work exactly since WWE Network isn't free like youtube? Do they pay a fee to WB or at least get permission? That may be why its a random one.

How similar that looks to No Man's Sky is something else.

I just mean a game that is fun to pick up and play, not something that requires tons of practice and patience to be good at it.

I am trying not to get my hopes up since we all know how that goes every year, but since I skipped last year's game I am hoping it will at least be fun in an arcade-way if nothing else and have a mode that is interesting enough to keep me gripped. I don't expect a perfect 10 game, just make it fun, that's all.

Yea and they got a ton of flack for it. I agree she isn't a lock but it would be a pretty big oversight, especially if they are touting their NXT inclusions this year.

I agree, I mean she is on the box but that isn't a confirmation she is in, although there would be no excuse since she has been there for almost a year now. Even pre-title win she was in decent storylines leading up to it. I just assumed she was in it since she has been one of NXT's more popular wrestlers in the last year but you know what they say when you assume.

I'm more interested in which NXT wrestlers are added since that was a big issue last year, and what new legends are in this game. I mean the Foleys and Hitmans are fine but I'd like to play as someone new.

Shockingly it is still there, I downloaded it but haven't had a chance to play it yet.

I have absolutely no idea how Jim Neidhart of all people has cards in all of these sets when he is about as low level of a legend as one could possibly get and hasn't had a storyline on TV in recent memory. So he made my boxes not great since I kept pulling him, but at least beyond that I got a decent variety.

I won't be able to read this thread anymore since I want to be as surprised by things as possible (I haven't watched any videos online either), my copy will be here in a few hours. Glad people are enjoying it so far, I am going in knowing pretty well what it is and it sounds up my alley. I'm the guy that takes hours in games just exploring to collect resources so sounds nice to have a game that actually caters to my silly play style.

You left out Tate, is she injured? I know she doesn't get an automatic rematch but I'd think she'd be ahead of Holm since Holm is 0-2 and Tate just beat her. I was thinking it would be similar to your setup but with Tate in the place of Holm and Holm having to do... something else to get back in the title picture. Maybe Tate vs. Shevchenko to get a #1 Contendor and Holm vs. Pena for the backup. Course I am going by recent logic, not what would sell PPVs so take that into account Is Cyborg still looking at mid-late 2017 for her shot at Rousey? That money fight is slipping away in terms of interest I think so I hope its not on ice forever, unless they are too worried about the result.

Asuka being in the game is all the matters, anything else is just a bonus.

I went ahead and got two boxes of the WWE Heritage (boxes, not cases). I wasn't going to get any since I think they are a bit ugly but I'd still like to pull an Asuka for my own collection if possible. This set has a lot of kiss cards but most are mid-range or lower wrestlers like Mandy Rose so its a bit weird. I'll post some pictures on Wednesday when I get them.
