  1. Just checking! I didn't know that one existed till I looked at Amazon.
  2. If it's Drawing Heat by Larry Matysik, I have. I hated it. It was 90% him complaining about modern wrestling, mostly. Consequently, I'm currently reading the E's version of The Rise And Fall of ECW. Now I am by no means an ECW expert or a fan when it was around, but it seems like there's a lot of inaccuracies in it. For example, they claimed that Shane Douglas won the WWF TV Title in 1992. Also, some of the photos identify the wrong wrestlers.
  3. I'm interested in getting a subscription simply for acces to past issues, is it worth the price? How far back does the archive go?
  4. Ah, okay. I thought the timeframe was about right, but wasn't sure.
  5. What's the story here? Was there as WWF/AJPW tour going on or was Boss Man there independently?
  6. May be a long shot, but has anyone seen any videos online of Paul Alperstein's AWF from 1996? The DVD set has most of the 1995 episodes, but I'm curious to see 1996 for the inclusion of among others, Lord Alfred Hayes.
  7. To be fair, it's not hard to run with a mop. They don't weigh much. I really can't think about that character in the same light after seeing this: (start around 0:20)
  8. There are multipile sets of belts the E carries around. Not only are there are HD Belts (TV), there are also sets for house shows, and public appearances. In reference to the tag belts, there are at least four of five known versions of that set of tag belts, the set that Money Inc. carried are known as the "Money Inc. version", the only teams to hold those were Money Inc. and the Natural Disatasters, briefly. Good to be in the know. Apparently I was entirely too young to really notice the tag belt switches when they were happening haha. Thank you for that information No problem, some of the changes are rather subtle and obsecure.
  9. That looks really nice. What's the circa on that book? EDIT: When was Adonis with Heyman? Also I've never seen him with his black hair in his Adorable gear... It's not nearly as good as the first. It's about half wrestling stuff (which is good and offers some good backstage WWE insights) and half Fozzy stuff which I personally didn't give a shit about. Same here, A LOT of it was skipped through.

  11. I did also, and kind of had the same complaint, until it got to the part where we found out that Stevie Ray was a vigiliante with an uzi.
  12. Surprised we haven't resurrected this one earlier.... Just finished these two: Korderas' book wasn't what I was expecting, not just a straight autobiography. It was pretty much just road and/or party stories (not that that's a bad thing) but it kind of jumped around at times, almost like he remembered something else in mid-story. I had forgotten how long he had worked for the company as well. Not too bad. If you want to hear a lot of stories about Tony Chimmel, this is the book for you. Holly's book actually surprised me. He pretty much minced no words and tells you flat outright why he did things he did, who he didn't like and why etc. It was actually refreshing for an autobiography, as some of them tend to play softball, his does not. A recommended read, especially for a very in-depth description and look of how things went in the company during his debut around 1994.
  13. I can't even decide where to begin with the errors and/or strange things on that poster.
  14. The NYPD arrested him. for what it's worth. Under who's authority though, I have no idea. Especially since Boss Man was only a jailer, not an officer.
