  1. Nielsen may be the only game in town when it comes to television ratings, but it's still an antiquated model.
  2. That main event was all kinds of great, and Bray is just firing on all cylinders, now. My guess is that Orton and Luke form some sort of pact and spend the weeks leading up to Mania, trying to destroy Bray, this making him the sympathetic accidental babyface. Oh, and I love Ellsworth and Carmella together. The eternal doofus trying to impress the hot chick, is something I figured most of you could relate with. Talking Smack was fun, as always. Daniel fucking with Alexa over her NE Patriots flub, and her reaction to his trolling, were hilarious.
  3. Only match I didn't get into was Becky/Mickie, but that's only because Mickie sucks. Naomi with the genuine feel-good moment of the night. She definitely deserves it. And Alexa is probably my favorite heel on SD. Her facial expressions are just perfect. That was the best Chamber match in a long time. I think Orton is definitely the heel(at least judging from the crowd reaction to Bray winning), going into Mania.
  4. Crews as Big E adjace to Dolph would be great. I'm excited for Bray's WWE Championship reign, even if it only lasts a couple of months.
  5. Imagine if they got Jim Cornette to induct the RR Express? Then again, Cornette has stated that he would gladly let himself be inducted if it was as part of the Midnight Express, so never say never, I guess.
  6. Wow what a rebel. Joe vs Strowman might be fucking great. And someone already pointed it out, but Roman seemed a bit different tonight. Not sure what's up there. Also, Austin Aries verbally destroying Tony Nese was magnificent. The guy needs more mic time, for sure.
  7. When Roman entered, yes. But they popped huge for Randy winning. Let's calm down with the righteous indignation.
  8. So, Roman vs Taker at WM? Or Braun vs Roman?
  9. The Alamadome crowd seemed to love the finish, so really that's all that matters.
  10. Cena/Styles > Omega/Okada. Rest of the show was great, too. Orton winning the RR was a real surprise, to me at least. So I guess we see Bray vs. Orton at WM after Bray wins the title at EC.
  11. Orton isn't winning the Rumble. I mean, I have no problem with him winning. But he's not. Ya'll aren't going to get all righteously indignant if he does, are you?
  12. Someone on Reddit suggested that Sami Zayn should win the RR, and go on to to face either KO or Roman at WM. Honestly, I love the idea of mega-underdog Zayn vs Reigns for the Universal championship. The crowd heat on Reigns would be more off the charts than usual.
  13. Good, fast paced show, for the most part. Titus really needs some future endeavorment, though.
  14. Great news. I wonder if they give him one more match? Just trying to think of who would be an appropriate opponent?
  15. Very sad news. Snuka was one of the building blocks in the rebirth of pro wrestling, during the 80's.
  16. By the way, ELO (the band Wood, Lynne and Bevan founded after the Move) are finally being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame, this time. It'd be great to see The Move inducted, but the chances of that happening are virtually non-existent. Here's one of the best covers the Move ever did....a trippy, seven-plus minute version of Tom Paxton's "the Last Thing On My Mind". Later covered by Dolly Parton and Porter Wagoner, among others.
  17. Vanguard 1 was the highlight, for me. Two hours of this is a little much, but it was ok. I just hope Trips laughs off the "burial" thing when the Hardys come back to WWE, next year.
  18. Nikki Cross is my favorite thing about NXT, right now. I just hope they give her a run with the NXT Women's championship. Wasn't familiar with Kimber Lee, but she's not bad. Sort of a slightly less attractive, less toned Emma.
  19. Linda and Vince are pretty much "country club Republicans"(fiscally conservative, socially moderate, or even liberal), so she's probably the most politically centrist member of the Drumpf cabinet, thus far.
  20. Best Sasha-Charlotte match since their days in NXT. And the Heyman interview was some truly compelling stuff.
  21. So, who are the most likely names on the Democratic side to run in '20? Obviously, Hillary is done, as is Bernie. The one name that keeps coming to mind, for me at at least, is Cory Booker.
  22. America has finally turned heel, and it was perfectly booked.
