That Show punch was so off the mark you can see it just as well in real time as you do slow motion. Horrible camera angle to showcase that. Haven't seen the rest of the show yet, but Roman in three matches is not a wise idea. Loved New Day both in their in-ring promo and Sonic commercial. Honestly, I'd much rather see them hawking Sonic stuff than the two chumps they have now. The Owens-Cena promo was tremendous. Mentioning his kid like in the Sami feud was aces (and if they want there's the Instagram video for proof) Both guys delivered in a way that I was on board with their line of thinking. Yeah, it's curious that Rose was lumped in the merch comment, but he's a heel now. Still sucks for him. As for mentioning the kid who beat cancer, there's no sense debating this. It was just a really sweet moment, and around that time I might have had something in my eye (allergies? dust?) It did fit into what Cena was talking about so I had no issues with it.

Wait, this week's Superstars? I'd litter this post with tons of emojis showing excitement and shock, but that'd be annoying. Now after I watch the match, well that might be another story. But still, Samoa Joe in some form in a WWE crowd. Shit's about to get real.

Last time I tried it I used the actual Chromecast app that has a Cast Screen option. It would cast anything else with no issue, but for NJPW World audio was choppy as anything. Hoping it works better with my phone upgrade and Chromecast app updates. Really need to get back to watching this, I'm glad to support NJPW but haven't seen anything in a while.

I finally got the S6 and three days in it's pretty amazing. Didn't think I'd be into the camera like I am, but man does it take awesome pictures. I put some memory-intensive games on there and unlike the S4 they play worlds better on the S6. The one thing I'll need to get used to is the lack of menu button as I've gotten used to it with some games/apps before. And until I get a case it's semi-tricky playing games when the right hand at any moment can hit the multi-function button by mistake. Other than that great phone. For those interested apparently the Lollipop 5.1 update will support Raw format for cameras. It will start rolling out in June (and with my luck be out in August knowing Verizon)

There's a law mandating that? That's a load of bullshit, some of my favorite cartoons were "half hour toy commercials". Oh, and haven't said it in a while, but fuck Jamie Kellner. I hope he's out of the TV business because he killed off a lot of cool stuff (not including WCW in that)

The story about the fan with a terminal illness Chris met was all kinds of sad. But the Owens interview was a really great listen, might be my favorite episode yet. The part where he talks about why he named his son Owen is all kinds of sweet. Can't recommend this episode enough.

So I ended up getting four quality Amiibos Friday. Got Wario, Paman, Greninja (spare one is for actual use, wife got hers from Japan) and Silver Mario for Mario Party. Had no idea until I got home it was for Mario Party, but for silver version you never know how rare these can be. All in all it turned out pretty well.

I believe they're the Euro versions. And you win for getting all that. I'll be lucky if I find half of that around here.

Haven't seen the whole show yet, but Dean's opening promo needs to be seen. He pretty much went Piranesi mode when explaining Monday's jail time. It was quite amusing to say the least.

I'm super bummed I haven't had a chance to see this week's episode yet (real life got in the way) but I'm looking forward to it. Heck, for this week I'm cool with spoilers, getting me excited for it. Regarding Fenix, didn't he get that medallion? Wouldn't that play a factor into his apparent demise? Need to see the show to clarify this, but if true we could be getting pretty supernatural with this. Oh, and for those curious about Angela Fong's story, per the Observer:

So, does JTG's "Damn, why did I write this book?" count as a book? If so, read that recently and highly recommend it. Short read, low price, laughed more often than not. It's his opinion but man it paints a negative light at certain aspects of WWE. But it's not done in a bitter former employee way.

I don't get it every year, but the times I do I play it for a bit and like whatever improvements they've done. Then a month or so later it sits there collecting dust until I realize "Oh, forgot I had this game." Still debating on trading it in. If there's not much brought to this year's version I'll keep it. E3 going forward is going to decide that for me.

Yeah, I just tried that, and it's pretty rough going. Reading the recent chat deal they had was pretty insufferable. But the guidelines have to be seen to be believed. Holy shit the way they go on it's like they're some fetish site that gets hated on by everybody. Lines like "it's a troll-free safe haven" had me go "Fuck this shit"

Honestly, if I took all that into consideration I might have had an easy time getting past that and enjoying the book. The NWA had tons of good information, but at some point it just didn't grab me. This book sounds like it would have a better chance of doing that. But going by your review I'd imagine the next book would cover from '84 to '91 but have a description implying it's about the Attitude era.
