I work a dream job for some (morning radio dj) and I have for 17 years. I am pretty much the biggest fish in a tiny pond. I'm a well respected (for the most part) local celebrity. I make more than decent money, I'm home when my kids get out of school. I should be thrilled. I'm burned the fuck out. I am finding more often than not that I find no joy in this gig anymore. I'm miserable being "famous." I'm miserable being the only person than can do the job of being me. I know this sounds oddball. Shit, as I type it, it looks nuts, but this is the truth. The sad part is, I'm not qualified to do much else. I'm 43 years old and feel absolutely trapped in a job that tons of people would give a body part to land. Boo hoo cry baby pity party done.

This is the first time I've checked in on the main roster stuff for awhile as I remembered Backlash tonight. Holy shit this one looks spooky. I was never a roster split fan the first time and this time hasn't been much different. This is what happens when you drop the roster sizes. Far fewer match ups and limited contingency plans when injuries (or wellness policy) happen. I'll be watching this one more out of morbid curiosity than anything else.

Swann/Dorado wasn't bad. Swann's splash LOOKED like it broke the masked man's noggin. ZSJ/Gulak was my match of the night and I'm of the opinion that the wrong guy won. I would much rather watch bad ass, smash mouth Gulak moving forward in the tournament. TJP/Gargano was perfectly acceptable wrestling. I sorta guessed that Perkins was going to go over but they built it up to a "anyone's match to lose" finish and the crowd reacted like they'd seen an upset.

Yeah, I guess the crowd and backstage stuff is pretty big. It sounds like the creation suite is getting some more sugar. Other details (secondary submission system) were sort of vague I try to temper my reactions with a bit of I'll-believe-it-when-I-see-it.

The CWC along with the amazing NXT have made me the biggest Triple H mark on the planet. I like workrate. I like the sports-esque presentation and this all seems to be his making. Vince and Steph can book Diddy vs. Kanye in a "loser-elects-Trump-on-a-pole" match as long as I keep getting Papa H's pro-wrestling for 9.99 a month, Maggle. Add me to the old man Tajiri fan club. I wanted him to win sooo badly. The match was very good and he did the thing old men in wresting are supposed to do and did the job for the new hotness. The match itself was fantastic and at this point may be in my top ten thus far this year. Cedric was off the charts fun in this one. I'm not the biggest Ibushi fan but seeing him work as the favorite over the never-say-die underdog was fantastic. Wrestling is fucking awesome when done right. We're getting spoiled and I love it.

My current PC will never handle this game. Also, I have an Xbox One. I hope you all stop having fun very soon.
